Staff & John the server were amazing!! Very attentive. Pool & pool beds are comfy. Great drink deals. The view was amazing especially at night! Breakfast was really good plenty of options & different stuff on the 2 days we ate there. The decor is aged but beds were very comfy & housekeepers were always helpful. Would stay again & would recommend.

Clean room, clean towels, clean bedding. Very friendly staff. I had a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was really good. Loved the pool. Situated close to night life, the mall, street food options. No complaints. Would definitely stay again in future and recommend others.

Very nice rooms and entire hotel. It has a European flair to it. It is very clean and all the staff are wonderful.
The breakfast is huge with many choices. The restaurant has delicious food and great value.
Excellent location walking distance to Terminal 21 mall and Alcazar Cabaret.

Fantastic location - right on the beach. Very clean, & and friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet. The swimming pool was nice as well. The shuttle bus service was great for getting to the main transit hub.

The hotel location was reasonable with their own shuttle bus service.
However, the concierge service was over priced, for example we rented the private car to Tiffany show and transport from their hotel to Bangkok

Our room is ocean view. Just what I booked. We felt like a royalty. Well kept hotel and quite. The buffet was the best. They different menu everyday and the choices are amazing. Love this hotel and the people.

This hotel is located on the beach and is easy walking distance to other beach venues but removed from the crazieness of downtown Pattaya. There is one small cafe onsite which is excellent, but I cant say the same about the daily brunch is is at its best, is mediocre. The cleaning staff did a great job everyday and overall I found the staff to be very helpfull. The bed was comfotable, but I found the decor to be a bit ddated.dayed.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Our first room didn’t have a good view so we called and they instantly moved us to a beach view. The restaurant food was great and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It is in a good location not far from attractions.
