This is an excellent property in a great location opposite the beach. Large pools with abundant chairs and nice gardens. Unfortunately our only complaint is that (like many large hotels) the breakfast buffet was cold !! Most dishes, including cooked eggs, were laid out on the buffet but were cold. Added to that fact, many of the guests were not helping by leaving the lids up on the Bain Marie trays !! ( no idea !)

From 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. there's live music playing from a restaurant a few doors down. It's rather annoying but once it stops it's pleasant stay. The only other complaint is the noise of the door in adjacent rooms reverberating through the hallway.

Location is good Pool is good Room is good Staffs are not friendly and unwelcoming. When I arrived to check in, nobody say “hello or anything”, only “Door man” came to help my suitcase and show to checkin desk. The I stood there about 10 mins while staffs just kept their eyes on paper, noone care customers. After check in, they not even show me where is my room, how to go there or any property’s information . I got lost and had to ask Housekeeping to show me my room.

Only thing decent was the pool. Staff was rude and unorganized and discriminatory, me and my partner was ordering food and before we even finished orde ring food they already handed me the bill. Rooms were full of ants and very dirty. This place was not very welcoming and I would never recommend this place even to my enemies. If you want to NOT experience Thai hospitality, This is the best place to visit

Great location right on the beach all rooms with balcony overlooking the massive pool. Rooms are well appointed clean but if not up in time can miss being refreshed. Gardens especially in the front and by the beach exit require a bit of attention. Restaurant on the ground floor,is ok, offers basic nothing exciting, great for the groups. Very convenient to local area for shops and trips into Pattaya. Would stay again.
