Terrible experience, room wasn't ready at the the check-in time, rooms are not clean at all, old bedding and beds, during all my stay there’s no towels, no wifi, no phone in the room, no housekeeping during the day

Location - perfect for the beach but that’s about all that you can do as it is close to nothing else . It is a remote location and you have to take a private yellow taxi everywhere. The Bedouin village tour is not worth it because it is not ann authentic setting but built as a tourist stop - the camel ride is the only enjoyable experience albeit short .
If you speak ENGLISH - do not go to this hotel as it does not cater for you only French German and Arabic . The staff is the saving grace of this hotel because they keep it alive and entertaining . The lifeguards are great , the male waiters in the dining hall and the bar man at the poolside bar ! When we left we wanted our towel deposit back but the man at reception said the cashier is not here so what must I do ?? Very unhelpful !!!

The beach is so nice and gorgeous.
But, for the hotel, they need to provide bigger parking lot. They need to renovate the hotel rooms; Take off carpet, renovate bathrooms, have internet inside the room, have towels in the room, have more comfortable bed and pillows, clean bed sheets and covers.
Have more organized /breakfast/lunch/dinner time.

The staff is dedicated to serve its customers with a great and positive attitude. As of to date, this hotel has the best quality over cost ratio. Run away from this hotel if you are looking for a decent place. Terrible customer service. Old amenities. Dirty and overused towels and bed sheets. No internet in the room, only in the lobby. Food is awful, no quality at all. Customer service is awful, you will degrade if you ask for something. Run away

Absolutely the dirtiest hotel, AC not working and dirty rooms. Dirty hallways and very limited and poor food options. We had to cut our stay short and left before the end of our reservation.
They have a sister Hotel in Tunis the Capital and this one is very disappointing.
They didn't give any refund even though i complained to the front desk several times. They don't answer the phones, Expedia customer service called them many times and no one responded. This Hotel is in Reality worth 1 Star.
