We had a truly wonderful stay at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with beautiful views. What really made our experience special was the exceptional service. In particular, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Tsira, who assisted us during our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — always ready to help with a warm smile. Her thoughtful support truly enhanced our visit and made us feel very well taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and look forward to coming back again.

Me and my wife stayed in Hilton Bosphorus 10 years ago. After 10 years with our son we wizited again, but this time Hotel is upgraded and renowned. Special thanks to staff, TSIRA ,local staff member, did her best to support us. Little things makes big difference when someone takes care of you.

The hotel is currently under refurbishment which is not clearly stated in hotels.com. As a result, you find they have temporarily created a reception and you have to go through corridors to a single lobby available. There is only one main lift which is not efficient at all! I asked the reception about swimming pool working hours and I was told it’s close due to refurbishment which turned out to be wrong! I spoke to the duty manager as I complained to hotels.com regarding this issue and she simply didn’t care and offered sending me a dessert. The breakfast is ok but the buffet area is very small and it is not pleasant if you visit between 9 and 10. Though the staff are very helpful and try their best to serve guests. The rooms are well refurbished and very clean and nice! With current refurbishment you feel you are in a hotel apartment.

Location was great, staff is helpful.

Hilton Mall did not provide good service. There was no charge for breakfast. The number of waiters was very small. I slept in the cold room from night to morning.

Cleanliness, size of rooms, staff

The property is under construction, however, 1/2 of the property is open. The new areas are the remodeled areas from last year. The in-house spa was very nice and they have a wonderful therapist.

It clearly says the hotel has sauna and steam room but when I got there, they said it’s under construction, the hotel is under construction and there’s only one elevator working in the lobby and it takes a long time for the elevator to transfer you to the floors, they should either close the Hotel finish the construction, and then open it or open up another elevator

The Hotel is under much needed refurbishment and in my experience as a Hotel owner the property should be either closed while undergoing these types of refurbishment or at least clearly stated that the property is undergoing a major upgrade and offered for stay at a major discount due to the inconvenience, noise etc. The Concierge service is also below standard with their restaurant recommendations.

The hotel is under renovation, which has caused confusion, mixed information, and chaos. Tsira in the customer department was excellent. Without her work, this would have been a very unpleasant experience.
