Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus

This is an absolutely perfect hotel with the best staff. It’s my second time staying at this hotel in the last 3 months. The views from your room, access to the executive lounge. Accommodating staff. You feel very welcome here.

The location is great. The trees and the nature are also fantastic. The outdoors pool is great. However, the indoors pool has been closed for a while, so we were not able to benefit from it at all. The tennis courts are surprisingly not free (2000 turkish liras per hour). I understand charging for rackets, but the court is a first for me. The hotel is being rennovated, which is good, however, the garden view room which I stayed in is mostly outdated. That can be said for the building of these rooms too. The elevators in that building are quite old. The breakfast is available for a fee, it is good, however, it is the exact same everyday. The staff are great, they are very professional. Overall, I do recommend the hotel, however, keep in mind the points I mentioned if you plan on staying in gardenview rooms in the near future.

Not bad but 5 star hotel have many acteveties

This was our second stay in this hotel. The update and renovation was a great change. It is a very beautiful and well designed Hotel in the heart of Istanbul, close to Taksim, Nishantashi and Beshiktash stadium. Rooms were so clean and perfectly soundproof. The outdoor pool was amazing and we also had access to executive lounge which was pleasant. Breakfast at the main restaurant was great. Pool side restaurant was very good with great staff, and rich menu for drinks and food. The restaurant in the lobby was good too. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Hilton Bosphorus. 😊

Clean room

This is luxury travel at its best. We absolutely loved the hotel, the complimentary spa and beautiful outdoor pool. The views of the Bosphorus are breathtaking. The service is incredible. One night, I was so sick, could not sleep, needed medication. The hotel organized for a taxi to take me to the 24 hr pharmacy, wait for me and bring me back (for like $10 cab ride). I could not have survived the night without talking to that pharmacist. I am so grateful for their help. And btw, you absolutely have to take the Breakfast option! It is out of this world, all you can eat (mimosas and expressos included). The Turks take breakfast very seriously, and here they take it to the next level! Perfect way to load up before heading out for adventure in Istanbul!

Everything was spectacular! We loved the pool and sauna. The rooms were spacious. The location was fantastic.

The renovation of the hotel is 10/10, friendly and helpful staff

This is a totally new renovated property with very new updated rooms and lounges. It has beautiful views of the Bosphorus and the outdoor lounge is great. It is a bit far from most attractions and requires cab rides, but not too long.

Wide unlimited breakfast choice. Staff friendly and extremely helpful with special reference to the tours and concierge lady who was first class The hotel for its age is in excellent condition

FYI: outdoor renovations were underway, so one of the driveways to the entrance was closed, as well as the indoor and outdoor pool. We upgraded to a suite with two bathrooms, an extra room/dining room, walk-in closet, and two balconies. The upgrade granted us access to the executive lounge. The executive lounge was great because they had a happy hour with small dishes, free drinks, and a balcony with view of the bosphorus. The breakfast in the downstairs dining room was a highlight. The food was outstanding and for that reason it got crowded quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife did a spa massage but that is also under renovation so it was not impressive but the renderings for the new spa look impressive. The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk to Taksim Square. We have two small kids and they loved it, even though the outdoor pool was closed. A cat park is maybe 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

Room is clean, customer service is excellent

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and everything was clean and comfortable.

The room was great although small. The garden access was good. Additionally security shutters were also provided to secure access. Overall comfortable. Could have used 2 queen beds rather than 1 king and 2 sofa converted beds. The staff was nice but it was a bummer that some of the onsite facilities were closed. The location is great.
