We were diverted into abq for the night and we booked this hotel close to the airport with very short notice and they we so accommodating and helpful, they have a free shuttle from the airport, you just need to call them ahead of time.

The staff is friendly and helpful, I was greeted up on entering the building, the check in was seamless. The hotel lobby, breakfast areas, grounds are lean and neat.
The room I stayed in was well appointed, clean, fresh towels and linens.
The bed was softer than I'm used to sleeping on at home.
The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people on the other side clearly. I had to sleep with the TV on just to get some peace from their noise and their TV which was audible in the hallway.
Otherwise, it was a good place to stay and would stay there again.

The hotel was in a quiet location, with a Village Inn right there. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and out were easy. Unfortunately no elevator, but the staff helped carrying luggage. Breakfast was plentiful. My main complete was how thin the walls were. The alarm from the room next door woke me up. I could also hear the people talking.

The floor was wet in one of our rooms for unknown reason, told the front desk all they offered was a towel to put on the floor. Told them the next morning at check out that it was still wet, they just said thank you for letting us know. A credit or room move would have been a better solution. Also, our room was right next door to the breakfast area and I could hear everyone talking early in the am through the walls. Would be better to not have a room right next to the breakfast area especially when the beds are on that wall.

The staff were great and the service level was also great. However, the first room I was in wasn't the cleanest and there was a giant cockroach on the wall in the bathroom. The second room I was in had some significant issues with cleanliness, such as having hair on the bathroom floor.
The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, breakfast was decent, but I'm not sure I'd stay here again (I've stayed once before and had issues as well).
