When I checked at 1 am, I thought there was somebody at the front desk because the hotel check in was for 24/7. However when we arrived there was nobody there and the front door was locked we could not get in to the lobby. There was a phone to call to the front desk from outside, but it did not work.
There was another gentleman who was in the same situation with me called to the hotel, however there was nobody picking up the phone. We waited for somebody to let us in at the outside of the door for 15 min.
Finally some hotel staff came out and let us in. However he did not apologize to us for the inconvenience.
When I checked out, I told the front staff to improve the phone or put the kinder notice joe to check in after 11 pm. But the lady at the front desk did give us the manager’s contact information and she did not take care of the their own issue seriously.
I would not recommend to anybody this particular property of Best Western Plus.
Hope they would improve their check in process at midnight but also their customer service.

Price was excellent. Dog cost is only $30. Not in the most convenient location to restaurants (2-3 miles away). Lots of construction.

Property is a bit older but clean, well lit. We chose it for its free parking, no resort fees and included breakfast. Breakfast could've been better but staff was nice. I'd come back.
