The only thing I feel is important enough to comment on is something that only impacts a small number of guests, but it could present an issue for them that could be serious. We had about 2-3 inches of snow the night we were there. My mother, who's in her 80s and has issues walking, parked in the handicapped area. Overall, the snow removal performed on property was adequate, save for the handicapped spaces. The snow should have been shoveled around those cars, for obvious reasons, but it wasn't. I let the person at the desk know how this could be a serious issue, especially for someone in a wheelchair or using a walker or a cane. Thankfully I knew we were going to have snow and thought to take a shovel and a snow brush to clean our cars off. For regular parking areas, I don't expect snow to be shoveled around the cars. Handicapped and elderly people should be the exception. It's not only the right thing to do morally but also business-wise. One person falling and breaking a hip (or worse) would be horrible and it's easily avoided. Hopefully this comment and the one I made in person will change this in the future.

$15 to park in there open air parking lot. That's crap. I've never paid to park in a hotels open air parking lot. It magically just appears on your bill when you check out.

Great front desk. I didn’t like the heating system in the room as it constantly stopped and restarted all night and kept us awake with the annoying noise

I loved everything. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but we found school work in our room. Other than that everything was perfect

I had a great stay at the Marriott. It’s a beautiful ambiance, the workers are friendly but I was upset that I asked for my sheets and pillowcases to be changed when housekeeping came(housekeeping doesnt come everyday) and was told “ we don’t do that but we’ll do if this time” however, it was not done. The bed was only re-made. That’s my only complaint but everything else was nice. They even have a Starbucks inside that operates in the morning! As well as a cute bar/bistro and mini market

We've stayed at Marriott hotels quite often when visiting family on Long Island, this one was fine but our bed was worn in. It was a king size bed with two pockets (dents) in it which made it difficult to get comfortable, but we made it work, it was only for one night. The heat from our room and the plumbing from the room above was a bit louder than I've experienced from previous stays at other locations.
