Nicely renovated property. Enjoyed the huge breakfast options, it was very good. Enjoyed the evening complimentary cocktails.

Very nice suites, free breakfast

My child spotted a USED NEEDLE by the coffee table. Thankfully he told a parent who could pick it up and safely dispose. This could have gone so differently. We were on high alert after that. We checked in late due to flights and a very long travel day and likely should have went back to the front desk to deal with it. We also asked for extra bedding. My husband waited until after 1 AM and it never appeared so the pull out had no blankets. He gave up at this point. For $500 a night I expect a clean room. I expect some service. This hotel went down hill since we last stayed at it. I will likely book elsewhere in the future. I tried to check in online to get our rooms sorted and the response between chat messages was painfully slow - like 10 minutes. They never did complete our online check in our our request to have both our rooms on the same floor, which could have been done at online check in but not at the front desk due to the time. Breakfast was okay - some food such as the eggs could be cooked longer. I observed The staff did stay open when there was a long line up. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. We love the heated pool and the walkability and closes availability to the cruise port and airport

Dated, needs updating. Paint is old, carpet stale, bathtub not draining well in our room and both our friends rooms.

Easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and close to cruise port.

Really comfy and it’s had a reburb now really good will go backagain

Very disappointed all around with this property, from check-in to issues in room. Would not recommend.

A great place to stay! Breakfast is a real treat. Water in shower was not very hot and toilet was weak on flushing. Otherwise, a great location and stay.

Everything was great except the $33 charge per night for parking. It really should be waived for Hilton Honors members in my opinion

Shuttle was great and appreciated the Happy Hour and late check out
