I booked this hotel for a last-minute stay, and I don’t regret it for a second! The facility was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, answering every question I had with patience and professionalism. Even the valet team was pleasant and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Very amazing stay. First off location in China Town DC, literally 4 minute walk to Capital One Arena. Even in the snow and ice this was a wonderful location. Observation for 2025 and snow, seems like nobody cares this year, piss poor street and road maintenance all over the place. This is not a hit to the hotel.
Check in was fast, polite, easy. Tip, as we were told, if you go to a game at Capital One Arena go straight to check in and get new room keys, the scanners will kill the keys and you will have to go back.
The lady at the counter told us that and we did it and later that night the rest of the staff loved the idea.
We stayed on the 9th floor, no view no worries. Very spacious and clean, complimentary waters and cookies.
The Irish pub where we went to lunch, freaking amazing and connected to the lobby, didn’t even have to go outside.
Elevator was fast which was wonderful. Breakfast was great, full menu, warm and delicious. Coffee all day and free.
What more can we say this was a wonderful hotel, staffed by hard workers, polite people.
And yes you do need to valet park and the team that runs that is magnificent and worth a gracious tip.

Good Breakfast, friendly service. Nice bar/restaurant.
Did not think the parking should have charged me a $2.50 fee to pay with my credit card. You should not be charging that, that should be a business expense you pay, not pass on to the customer.

This property is in need of a renovation.Furnishingings in the room were really banged up. It was clean, just super dingy. I would not stay here again.

The staff are excellent and it's connected to the best Irish pub that you can access right fom the lobby. Their food and service are excellent!! The hotel's free breakfast had lots of protein--eggs, sausage. Not just muffins and junk, which was awesome! Easy access to Metro and it's right in China Town. TV was nice & large.
Downsides were the walls were super thin, we could hear the room next to us flush the toilet. Sheets didn't quite fit the bed.
We'd only book here again bc it's walkable to amazing sushi & ramen restaurants, plus the Irish Channel pub was super fun to visit with amazing fare.

There was no closet in the room or any extra space for our luggage. There was 4 of us in the room so it was very tight.
Parking is not included in your stay so be prepared to pay extra for parking. No one mentioned that.

The hotel is very clean. What would improve would be the breakfast hours, they have it from 6:30 to 9:30am, I would put it longer. The other thing is that they lower the price of the valet parking, to spend the night it is $65 without taxes, it seems very much to me. It is in a fairly central area, you can walk to the Capitol, white house, etc. There are many restaurant options in the area
