not the typical upscale four seasons you would get at other cities. This is next to a busy freeway and tucked away, staff is awesome but it really lacks the upscaled four seasons feel

Arrived quarter after check in time and the room was not ready so they put a rush to get it ready. Check in staff was awesome, they were apologetic and accommodated our wait with refreshments. The room smelled like old carpet cloaked in floral scented fabreze or some sort of air freshener since it was just cleaned. We almost asked for another room. We turned up the heater temperature, made coffee and peeled tangerines to change the smell and it worked so we didn’t have to ask for a different room. Room was comfortable and quiet overlooking the freeway traffic from the sixth floor. Room service food and staff were great!
