It's a bit old and a bit dated, but has lots of charm and lovely, friendly staff. Far preferable to the nasty noisy dirty older casinos in Vegas, and very easy to get in and out of the city. Food options are a little limited but not terrible, and the cafe is open 24/7. I'll never understand why US hotels don't have a kettle, but that aside this is a decent place that feels like it's still in the 1950s, but not in a bad way.

I really appreciated the service man who unplugged my toilet after my son plugged it. Dianna the General Store where I got coffee was very warm and welcoming to my and my two teenage sons. They both made my stay amazing.

We splurged for a lake view room and that was worth it for the view. Did not eat here as it was recommended to us to leave the property and eat in Boulder City. The general store was great! We stayed here as a stop between Vegas and Joshua tree due to flight timing, and got to tour the Hoover Dam, which was cool!

The rooms were outdated and dirty. Not like the pictures at all. The shower handle had bolts falling off. The walls were disgusting and had old blood smeared on them.

NO WIFI ...ALSO CALLED TO ASK IF THEY HAVE A WASHER DRYER..SAID NO..MANAGER NO HELP. DID NOT CREDIT ME FOR AT LEAST MORE THAN A DAY ON OUR 3 DAY STAY FOR INCONVENIENCE. GOOGLE THE OWNER ...IT WILL SHOW HIS NAME MAYBE ADDRESS SEE IF HE WILL CREDIT. NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

If you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay this is it. In its heyday, it must have been an exciting place to stay. Currently, none of the Ice machines work, no coffee in the rooms. You can get ice and coffee from the convenience store. the rooms are spartan but very functional. I would stay again on my next trip to AZ. but make sure you eat before showing up because most restaurants are closed. but there is still the convenience store. :)

No black out curtains, no usb or phone charging ports,no ice, towels suck, no smart tv, old wobbly lamps and furniture, horrible tiny shower head, toilet is strangly low to the floor, smoke filled front desk, not worth staying here.

Our room in the tower with a lake view was HUGE! All was very clean and comfortable, including the mattress. As is typical for casinos, the ground level/lobby/casino smelled strongly of smoke, but the room and hallways did not. We received vouchers for 2 coffee's downstairs, but would have preferred a coffee maker in the room. Maybe it was due to it being mid-week in winter, it was very quiet everywhere. Location was perfect for being at the dam in time for an early tour. You will have to go off-property for a full meal, but there was bar food available. Price was a good value. Despite not being gamblers, we would stay here again.

Great location if you're visiting Hoover Dam. Staff was very friendly. No dining on site. Smoking is allowed in casino. Rooms are old but clean.

The property was okay, nothing too rave about. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing around to go to; have to drive to find a restaurant, etc.
I did have an issue and the staff was very helpful and it was resolved.
