The hotel bar and food options were unclear. Staff was polite and friendly. Very clean and spacious rooms. I liked the swivel TV for couch vs. bed. Breakfast bar was delicious and so many choices.

Last minute need to stay in Denver for 2 nights as the airports in Houston were closed and we couldn’t go home on our previously scheduled flight. We chose this hotel because it is close to the airport. It is in a great location, the room charge comes with a great free breakfast buffet that also has waffle makers in the morning, Dtaffis extremely nice and rooms were nice and clean and the tv rotated from living area to the bedroom area!! Would def stay here again if need be!!!

Everything was great except it was difficult to figure out how to get the shuttle from the airport.
No good information or signs. Hard to reach the hotel front desk for help that night,
The property could have common spaces that were decorated more warmly for nicer atmosphere. Felt sterile.

Centrally located but in a somewhat private location. Small property, so easy to navigate. Room was spacious and had great amenities. If you're in town for a convention at the Gaylord, this is a great lodging choice.

Do not depend on the shuttle to get you from the airport in a timely manner. We came with a group of 6 (4 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant) and waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle. Other hotels made several laps in the time Hyatt made one. After being picked up we had to listen to the driver yap and flap his gums the entire ride to the hotel.
Hotel staff inside were pleasant and the hotel was reasonably clean.

Love this property. The room was so spacious and was fully equipped. I only wish there provided trash bags and a broom for messes but other than that it was good. There was a bloody napkin behind the dresser so it seems they don’t clean the nook and cranny but it was still a nice suite I loved it.

I booked this hotel for my husband. He went to check in around 11pm at night. But he was informed that there was no room for him. So he was transferred to embassy suits by Hyatt. There were 6 people had same situation with him. It was ok as long as he had same level place to stay. But when I call Hyatt to ask for receipt, they said my husband was charged for no show through Expedia. I said 11pm was not late for check in. And that was not his fault for Hyatt didn’t have room for him. Anyway I got receipt from Expedia. Still being transferred at late night was not good experience.

Asked for a late check out and they charge $50. Parking was about $15 a day. Many things broken or in disrepair in our room. Mattress needs to be replaced. Big dip in the middle.
Pool and hot tub were good. Very well kept and warm.
I felt that for the price, there was value there, but the broken things would have been easy to fix.
I mostly don’t like surprise fees when going to a hotel. Especially to park when the lot is empty. Feels like they are taking advantage and nickel and diming.
