Staying at The Muse was an inspiring and memorable experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable. Tucked just steps from the energy of Times Square, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true escape. The atmosphere is stylish and artistic, with thoughtful design touches that live up to the hotel’s name. Every detail felt intentional and uplifting—from the warm welcome at check-in to the sleek, comfortable rooms that made unwinding effortless. The staff were exceptional: professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, adding a personal touch that made the stay feel special. Whether you’re visiting for work or a creative recharge, The Muse truly lives up to its name as a source of inspiration in the heart of the city. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to take on NYC and I can’t wait to return.

From check in to check out, the staff is top notch - friendly, professional & accommodating. We requested more towels and they were delivered in minutes. The standard room is much larger than a typical city room and has a very large bathroom (with robes) as well. The decor is modern and has some cool details. The location is very safe and a half block off Times Square, so very convenient. There is a nice lounge/ bar off the lobby to relax after a long day. We were a family of 4 and would stay here again. I would stay without the kids too. This boutique property was a fantastic find!
