The staff was not particularly helpful. We asked that a can be called early for the airport, but were only told the bellman would be in later. The property is fine and the room was clean and quiet. It’s not super secure, with a card not needed to access the floors via elevator. No coffee makers in the rooms either. Just felt pretty average.

The best experience. Rooms have fridge and microwave. The shower pressure is phenomenal.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Times Square. Only one block from the red stairs. Incredible customer service and excellent staff. Will 150% stay again.

Rooms were elegant, nice and clean. Had little art touches that added to being in the theater district. Staff was nice and greeted you.

The Muse is in a great location and the service was great - very friendly and competent. Daniel at the front desk was exceptional.

Location and staff are wonderful. The conditions inside need some repair and updating. We downgraded to a back room because it was much quieter. Thursday evenings are rough because of garbage pickup night…like into the morning hours.

Great location and perfect if you are seeing a lot of Broadway shows. Overall it was quiet, nice rooms. Miss the wine hour they used to have when it was Kimpton. Coffee maker in room would be nice.

This was my third stay and I am always pleased with the Muse. The rooms are elegant and comfortable. The location is perfect for theater.
