It was excellent stay because the bed was comfortable. I was a little upset because when i checked in they say they couldn't find both of my rooms. I think the person was in training. It looked like an older building. I thought for the condition of the room $200 a night was a bit much. There was a hole in the ceiling over the shower knob. The sprinkler in the ceiling had rust on it.

I've stayed at many LaQuinta properties but by far this was the worst in condition, & customer service. We checked in late due to our travel plans being altered only to find that the front desk gave my room to someone else WITHOUT checked ID . I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be able to get into my room .. becuz of which I couldn't make it to the restaurant in time to pick up my food. Horrible Horrible experience. I want my money back!

The shower had no water. There was no light in the vanity. The room is scheduled for renovation later in the year, so that will help it.

Definitely needs to quickly continue with the renovations. We stayed in an older room and it showed. The attempt to keep it clean and functional was seen but the quality of the room
Was very poor. Staff was wonderful and made a great recommendation for dinner.

The first room we were in had an odor and toilet did ran after flushing. When asked to be moved the front desk person was very nice no complaints with staff. The nice room water in sink would not go down, it did eventually very slowly.. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

The receptionist Kathy was very helpful. At check in the room had a musty smell make by possibly cigarette smoke, lights in the bathroom did not work at all. Kathy apologize and moved me, there was nothing that said there as construction going on. I would have booked something else

This hotel was the worse quality LaQuinta i have ever stayed in. Room and hallways were in need of long over do care. Bathroom ceiling had hole in it and drywall bubbled several places in bathroom. Fixtures rusted. TV cabinet scrathed all over and falling apart. From what i understand this hotel is in process of complete renovation. Sure hope its so because it is long past due.
