The rear door was unsecured. I told the front desk staff. They said they would have security address it. Nothing was done. We stayed for 3 days. And the building was unsecured. If we could have went to another hotel we would have.

Rooms needs to upgrade

The staff was very nice. On the way to the elevator there was a very strong smell of sewer

My stay was decent. I’m giving low ratings only because they are remodeling the whole hotel so there’s still some things outdated and I wasn’t informed about the water being off. That put a damper on my mood because my family wasn’t able to shower and we had to be late to my nephews graduation. The staff was pretty nice about getting the water turned on after I complained lol the breakfast was good. I definitely wouldn’t book here again until remodeling is done.

Bathroom did not work in our room and desk staff was no help

Needed to lay out heads down being that we arrived to the area earlier than we expected. Room was ok but they didn't mention at the time of booking that the water would be shut off at 10 am or that they were under construction. Bathroom was awful. Mold everywhere, sink clogged. I get that you are under construction but you should close off the rooms you are working on, and let your reservations know that, #1. You are under construction #2. All water supply will be shut off at 10 am. Just not happy, the mold and the hole in the bathroom room was just too much.

Lobby was nice and updated. Elevator and rooms smelled like they were trying to cover up decades of smoke and BO with febreze.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

My stay was okay, the hotel was doing renovations to the building. We drove for my daughter and nephew graduation from college. So we really didnt spend much time in the room. There is plenty of food options nearby. They do also have continental breakfast with your stay. But overall the hotel was clean and convenient to the colleges and Fort. Jackson.

The bathroom is extremely small and needs to be remodeled…old. The front desk extremely slow.
