The reception person was very friendly and helpful and gave clear instructions on everything we need to know before we asked.
There was an onsite Bar and Grill that was welcome after a late flight. The servers were great too.
They had a free shuttle to the airport that ran every half hour, 24 hours a day!

Cleaning service not very flexible:they don't let you slep in the morning and in the afternoon they don't want to clean the room, they prefer to clean abandoned rooms until the night.

Super dirty. Super outdated. Reaked of cigarettes from middle aged women chain smoking at the bar. All around a not safe feeling. We left immediately after we saw our room.

The shuttle driver very unfriendly, unprofessional and not helpful. When he arrived at the gate to pick me up, he stayed inside the van with door closed, I point him that I had a suitcase, he pointed out the back of the van, I didn’t move so he came out of the van.
Then we went to pickup more customers in another terminal. Customers got in the van, he told them to close the door, it didn’t latch, so he started driving and brake abrupt til door finally latch. VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

We stay here every time we fly out of O’Hare. The staff, specially Anna at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. The hotel is out dated but for needing a place to sleep, it’s perfect.

The property itself is good. The only issue i had was the machine that makes key cards for the rooms was broken. I had to be escorted to my room and let in. This prooves to be a problem because there is only one person on hand to do so.

The airport shuttle is nice but they use a minivan that makes it so tight in there and uncomfortable. The vehicle also is not marked so it's difficult to know it's the right vehicle. You can hear the noise from upstairs and the rooms next to yours. We'll look for another hotel next time.
