Honestly, for for the price it’s a really good hotel. Breakfast is perfect. The pool was good. The Jacuzzi was nice. I mean it’s a little old so of course it could use a remodel but if you look past that and see how the beds are comfortable, it’s just really nice I actually when I go to Albuquerque that’ll be my hotel to stay

Torn curtains, Soiled chair with noticeable body oil (Check Room 409 for yourself), loose shower pipes, not enough shampoo and conditioner (We paid for 2 people, and had 1 tiny bottle of each). We will never stay there again - it was much nicer when it was the MCM Elegante. Your business should be ashamed of yourselves for renting rooms in this poor of a condition.

I came into town for a volleyball tournament and was looking for an affordable place to stay. Intially during our check-in they highlighted the indoor pool that is not accessible for guests to use, which was misleading. The doors are locked. The first day the emergency alarm starts going off and as we are exiting all the staff are still working, cleaning rooms, checking people in. As we get down to the lobby the front desk lady does not seem phased at all as she continues to take phone calls. Families are outside with their kids as that was the request through the loud speaker to evacuate. I ask the front desk person what is the protocol to let guests know if the emergency was false and she stated, "its not a real emergency," and continue to answer phone calls. The front desk staff were very rude and unprofessional. They lacked customer services skills and the ability to give proper information when needed. As I'm sure this hotel may have been great years ago they seriously are the bottom of the barrel hotel that I would not recommend based on my experience

We decided to stay here because we wanted to stay somewhere nice.. when we got to our room there was trash from previous people who stayed. They had to be construction works cuz we found tools also. Also our remote didn't work for the TV , we called the office and they said there was nothing they could do. Smh the bathroom shower was terrible. Never I my life will we ever spend that much for a one night stay!!

Rooms are falling apart and in need of some serious upgrading or TLC. This hotel is WAY below Ramada standards. Included breakfast is also way below what other hotels offer. Very poor hotel.

I made my reservation online and while I was trying to contact a friend of myn who helped with the reservation, to lwt her know about the deposit i had my phone on the charger to keep it charged so i can contact her, the workers were very rude and kept asking me to leave. I told them I already paid and i was just getting the deposit. The manager came and ripped my charger out of the wall and threw it and told me to get out. That was not any way to treat a paying costomer. And they didnt let me get a refund after how i was treated.

There's only one elevator for 4 floors, the restaurant were you eat is far from the rooms, the neighborhood was not so great, and I think that the bathtubs should be removed from the bathrooms. Our room was missing a sofa. Could not find the ice machine.

This was the worst stay ever. I was afraid to let my children touch anything. The room was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting and strangers are able to just knock on random doors. The reviews for this property didn't properly represent the hotel and neighborhood. Tried to upload photos but the app would not let me.

Sliding glass door doesn’t lock, deadbolt on main door doesn’t engage, the shower drips when not in use and the a/c unit sounds like a small helicopter. Room was very affordable and central location.

That was the worst room I've been in. The door to the balcony didnt close ans the staff didnt care, so you had to blow hot air all night to offset the cold from the broken glass door. It was dusty, toenails were on the carpet, and there were almost no plugs on walls to plug in your phone or anything else. Never again
