After a long day on the road, it was nice to see that the place we stayed was better than expected. The lobby and staff were welcoming and looked very professional. The hallways didn’t smell bad. The room upon entering smelled great and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room overall was clean. The bathrooms were clean and decent. Breakfast was great and satisfying. No bad comments to this hotel. To the owners, the management, and staff members, thank you for working hard to making the whole place amazing for a stay.

It was a fine hotel. Location was okay. Pool was small breakfast area was wonderful! Room was okay the bed was comfy! The balcony with a view of the Sandias was beautiful. Would stay again. It is great for the price. I didn’t take pics sorry!

It’s a very nice hotel very big and spacious, the pictures show to much of luxurious place when it’s very dirty not even the lightest of clean which can be forgivable but it was definitely dirty vents, bed frames dirty & tv, carpet stained, there was a roach in the restroom, and very dirty. Didn’t bring it up to the staff since we were there just the night and the roach we saw early morning, hotel has a lot of potential if housekeeping was a bit extra with the cleaning, nothing beats a super clean hotel room especially with small babies. But for future references we won’t stay again.

Frozen AC not working was moved to another room where hot water in shower water pressure was very low. Shower was not great because of water pressure, room was a non smoking but hall and passing other rooms smelled like smoke.

For starters, the room key never seemed to work. When we finally got into the room the carpets were filthy and stained, the walks had paint missing, the hot water knob on the tub spigot fell off to name a few of the issues. The hallway to the room was not well lit, probably to disguise the condition of the carpet. Pool was freezing cold and the pool area was dirty. The area around the hotel is sketchy and police were present at the hotel both nights I was there.

Food was good.
We had a very bad experience with the bed, as the pull out couch bed was covered in puck. When brought up, the hotel gave us a free room to sleep in. But, next day when they cleaned the room, they still didn't clean the bed.

Check in was good and fast. there was a nasty smell in our fourth floor intold them in the front desk in the morning. we wanted to use the fitness room it was closed for remodeling, the swimming pool was not open. I wish I would have found out before we got there I would have stayed elsewhere. I,m looking in my account and im being charged more in my card then what I got my recite for??

Pool was under renovation as we were told but reopened the last night it was the only reason we stayed, homeless people roamed the parking lot made it unsafe and saw drug deal happen before our eyes.

Front desk clerk was sharp. Neighborhood a little rough, but their hotel facility is clean, fairly well maintained, and secure. The free breakfast doesn't start in time for early travelers & workers, and they don't have any pre-dawn "to go" bags available). The location is centrally located in the city with easy access to the two major freeways through New Mexico.

The property is very run down, curtains hanging off, air conditioner broken, carpets dirty, paint mis matched, chipping, furniture in disrepair, signs on property warning of issues with parking vehicles, so many people hanging around outside and in lobby. If it hadn't been such a bad day I would have forfeited my money and found another hotel but we couldn't be in the car any longer especially with the rains coming. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful.

This hotel was, at one time, a favorite of all my family members. This time, i was informed after check-in was completed that there was no pool or hot tub. There was NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. This visit was the last for me. Good riddance. The Bathtub looked like someome dyed their hair and the tub was not cleaned up afterwards. The bedsheets looked like the same.black hair dye was on them as well.

The first room assigned had a broken lock, 2nd one had a broken handle. Then the remote wasn't working. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good.

First of all the room was disgusting! Second, they double charged my card and i still have not gotten my money back, third, I had to check out early and the hotel manger said “call tomorrow “ which meant today to get your refund and then when you all reached out she lied and said I refused the refund! I then called to tell them what was going on and the rude manager said that they never said to call tomorrow meaning today Monday, that I needed to call yesterday Sunday when I left to get the refund! When I checked out , she even dismissed me with her hand and said to “call Tomorrow to get your refund!” Very unprofessional even after I was very nice even though they took money from card twice saying “oh it’s because your card was on file twice!” Come on make it make sense!! I am never booking again with them or through here again. Through it all I stayed cool but then she flat out lied, that’s not okay!

Front desk guy was so rude & beyond disrespectful. He refused to give me phone number to management & to speak to someone else. He refused to let me check into my rooom & also refused my mother service to another room. Treated us as if he was higher. Very disappointed.

However the service requests were answered promptly and the service technician was quick and addressed the technical issues effectively. Shower switch mechanism kept resetting every 1-2 minutes so showers vs bath faucet kept alternately changing.

Room was dirty, hallway was dirty, lamp was broken in the room, ac didn’t work, tv didn’t work, table was broken in room, the balcony next to us was piled up with trash that stunk, kids in room next to us kept goin in and out all night long slamming door, smelt like weed, pool and spa was disgusting. The check in was horrible the lady was rude right off the bat definitely needed an attitude check. Would not recommend this hotel unless u are there to party and sleep in filth. The bed spreads had burns on them took forever to get extra blankets cause there weren’t any already in the room. But they sure were fast to demand a hold that they didn’t tell us what it was so had to ask how much it was to transfer money but they sure pulled that $100 dollars for the hold.
