Then begin with checking in, which took way longer than he needed to once we received your keys for the two rooms we went to our designated area to park and went to our rooms. However, once we arrive and noticed that the keys weren’t working so we went downstairs to get them activated again came back upstairs and nothing. We called the number that was on the card so staff member came upstairs to let us in he was able to get one of the key cards to Work to the conjoining rooms, which is the one we used to get in and out instead of having to doors. In the outlets in the bathroom was not working and the door to the patio did not have lock.

The room spelled like spices that gave me a headache. The tv didn't work half the time. Hotel needs repairs. Restaurants wasn't open. Breakfast was okay. Online pictures look better than real life.

Upon arrival was greeted and assisted was told I will have to pay an additional $25 for checking early no problem paid. Then I was asked to put a deposit of $100 dollars for the room. Ok no problem did that. Then get the keys to the room they don’t open any door go back down to registration desk get new cards for doors. Then go into the room it’s ok floor not clean you can tell it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, go open window to balcony as we turn to reenter the room I noticed that the curtains was full of blood I called down to the front desk and spoke to the person who answered the phone and asked if we can get another curtain she said they would be up no one came. I went down and they said they don’t have any other curtains. Well they didn’t even offer to take it off wash it and return it after it was cleaned. I asked for more shampoo and conditioner because there was 4 of us and got told don’t you have some in the room? Well yes but 1 bottle of shampoo and conditioner will not do 4 heads of long hair. We then go back to the room kids get ready to go swimming pool water is light brown in color and there is like this foam film all on the floor it was nasty. Then we go back to the room turn the tv on and each time anyone touched the entertainment center where the tv was it would short out and turn off. We let them know about this an again nothing happened. Sunday morning go to breakfast that was good kids liked it that’s all that counts. There is not enough room for all

The room was a good size, quiet, friendly staff, and the wi-fi connection and TV were good. It is in a central location, and at a reasonable price.

The indoor pool and area were so dirty I couldn’t stay in the water longer than 10 minutes. There was grime on the tiles in the pool so thick that people have etched their initials on them and a puddle of brown slime water next to the pools drain. The curtain to the balcony in the hotel room was basically shredded and the lamp shades were stained with brown marks. I didn’t feel as though the carpet had been vacuumed. I thought it was definitely in my best interest to wear my crocs in the shower as high touch points had visible fingerprints. I’m glad I bring wet wipes and Clorox wipes with me and was able to wipe down the remote, light switch, and toilet flusher. Honestly I won’t be returning to this hotel due to the cleanliness, or lack thereof. Staff and customer service were fine but I’m not really staying in a hotel for customer service. I’m looking to feel comfortable and safe from pathogens and bacteria. The furniture is worn and mismatched. The hotel is huge and I’m sure it’s expensive to keep up with the quantity of rooms at this location.

While the bed was technically made, the king bottom sheet wasn't attached in the corners, and we couldn't make it fit. The front desk person was very understanding, but it was obvious that they were understaffed. They went and got me what was supposedly a "king set" from housekeeping, but we were unable to get that bottom sheet to fit either. We had to use a top sheet as a bottom sheet, with mixed results. The deadbolt on the door wouldn't engage, which we didn't notice until we were ready for bed (and way too late to change rooms). The fridge wasn't very cold, even on the coldest setting. The door wouldn't close by itself, so we had to be careful to pull it closed when we left. The ice machines on floor 4 (where we were) and floor 3 were not working; I found out afterward that there was another ice machine on the same floor that was working, but how was I to know (no signs of where they were).

We had reserved a room with a king size bed and upon arrival we were told that all they had was a room with two double beds. One of the beds had stains on the sheets, the toilet wasn’t functioning properly and the shower had very low water pressure.

The property is very worn-out. The side outside door look was broke. There was a vending machine broken and sitting in part of the walkway. The food had no flavor. Staff was very friendly.

Torn curtains, Soiled chair with noticeable body oil (Check Room 409 for yourself), loose shower pipes, not enough shampoo and conditioner (We paid for 2 people, and had 1 tiny bottle of each). We will never stay there again - it was much nicer when it was the MCM Elegante. Your business should be ashamed of yourselves for renting rooms in this poor of a condition.
