The Riverhouse is our favorite hotel when traveling through Bend. The staff is helpful and friendly. The river adds a relaxing atmosphere after a long car ride. The rooms are well laid out with thoughtful amenities. A special treat is the property restaurant, Currents. The food is good but the service and ambiance are wonderful.

I like the fact that the river is in the center of the property. I enjoyed the fire pit in the front of the room and how easy it is to turn on and off. I had a very quiet room, except I could hear the door open and close on the room above ours. I could not hear the conversation in that room. That was good.

It was good for a late night rolling in an early morning. Roll out nothing very special about it. The fire pits are cool, but it’s overrated. Service kind of sucked and food was not very good.

Very nice accommodations. Vibe fit the Central Oregon area. Room decor was spot on. Clean, fresh and comfortable. Lower level rooms have firepits on the patios. Second level rooms do not. Amazing view of the river from all rooms. Can be a bit noisy if your neighbors are enjoying their patios, or leave their slider door open. Overall a great place to stay. We will stay here again. Thank you.

Hmmm....first time I've stayed at a hotel where cleaning left feces streaks in the toilet and used soap out. Everything else appeared cleaned. Call front desk for replacement soap and informed them of the bathroom. The next morning house cleaning was knocking on everyones doors at 9:30am. Check out wasn't until 11. Luckily we were almost ready for the day, but it felt rude and as though they were trying to rush people out. It didn't seem to matter I had the do not disturb on the door. Overall, I wouldn't recommend between the two issues.

My 2nd time staying and our room right on the river is always so relaxing. We sleep with the slider open all night. The river rock fireplace adds to the ambiance and we left feeling so refreshed. Great location, the restaurant, also right on the river, had delicious food, and we actually booked an extra night because we didn’t want to go home :)

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location by the river is absolutely beautiful, such a peaceful and scenic spot. The restaurant was fantastic too, delicious food and great atmosphere.
We did run into a couple of small issues, like clogged sinks and tubs when we first checked in. Thankfully, maintenance responded quickly, though it would’ve been nice if that had been taken care of before our arrival. We also found ourselves having to request extra towels, coffee, and similar items more often than expected, maybe just a little short on supplies.
One thing that caught us off guard was the swim classes happening in the pool on certain days. It’s not something we’ve experienced at a hotel before, so it was a bit unusual.
Overall though, we had a great time and really appreciated the lovely setting and friendly service!
