I slept like a baby!! The rooms are soundproof & dark, the beds are soft and comfy, and the rooms have a rustic cabin decor. The restaurant was exceptional with every seat having a great view!! Perfect place to bring a date!!
I was most impressed with the staff. I was cranky and going through a tough time. The front desk clerk named Yuliana was exceptionally kind & professional while working with me, and I was not an easy guest! This is my 2nd time staying here and it is always my 1st choice for Bend!

Great location BUT…upon arrival we noticed 2 piles of dog food on the carpet, likely from previous guests. Sad part of it, the cleaning between guests isn’t great which made us question the bedding. The floor in the bath tub was stained yellow which also meant taking a bath was out of the picture. The shower curtain rod was rusted. Upon entry, the room had a strong musty smell. And finally, the phone in the room didn’t work which prevented us from calling the front desk regarding the dog food on the carpet. Overall, the room cleanliness needs to be addressed but the female front desk employee who checked us in and out was pleasant and apologized for the room.

Easy to check-in. The room with the river view is really peaceful with the door open and screen door in place and listen to the sound of the stream. I would come back again. The room is large with amenities that I need.

This place is a hidden gem. We have stayed twice now and enjoy it. Our only complaint this trip was that our heater/ac sounded like something was stuck inside it and it would rattle around for about 10 minutes every time it flipped on.
Otherwise we really enjoyed it. We love watching the river. We will have to get a fire pit room one of our return visits.

Our family had a wonderful stay in the bunk room. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the property was beautiful—surrounded by nature but with close access to stores, restaurants, and activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my kids loved swimming in the pool.

The room was super comfortable! We really appreciated the amenities at the check in building - Games, cozy seating area, the herbal tea selection was the best I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend the Cherry one in tall dark tin, although there are at least 8 more blends to choose from.
We had a room that allowed for quick patio access to our vehicles which made for ease of loading and unloading.
This was a really nice feature when we needed to take our dog out for her walks.
The rooms that line the river have a bonus gas fire pit to enjoy which would have been nice but if you end up with a room that doesn’t have fire pit there’s one for everyone to enjoy at the pool!!!
And for those that may not know-the very last Blockbuster video store operates out of Bend and is only a 3 min drive down the road.
Highly recommend visiting! You would regret it!!!

Wonderful hotel. Riverfront room was clean and well-appointed. Comfy bed and linens. Private outdoor patio with rushing river view, Adirondack chairs and gas firepit was romantic and cozy—highly recommend.

Having the hotel on both sides of the river with the walking bridges, was very pretty. Very much enjoyed this hotel, will be visiting this hotel again, if ever we find ourselves in Bend Oregon again.

Our stay was very short we checked in after 8 pm and left the room by 8:30. The room was clean, check in and out was smooth. I couldn't get the tv in the room to work but it wasn't a big deal.

I gave this rating 3 stars because there were just enough frustrations with our stay that they put à bit of a damper on the overall visit: melted ice cream in the fridge (no biggie, it happens and they cleaned it right away), no robes to walk through the snow to get to the pool/hot tub, no towels in the locker room (twice), internet was very spotty for work, there was so much chlorine in the hot tub multiple people commented on it burning their eyes…
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and fairly quiet (aside from heater)
