Stayed for a night to run the hot chocolate run and it was walkable to Museum of art. Made life easier before and after. Good conditions, check out at 12pm needed, and close to everything.

Hi Leto is ideally located near Ben Franklin Parkway and the art museum. Away from the central downtown area. It’s a great location, quiet and clean. There are some great local restaurants and bars in the area. Highly recommend this location.

The lobby area was always uncomfortably cold. We all had the same issue in our large group . No one seemed interested in looking into making it better .
Also the rooms were very dusty.

They didn't come back to make the room when i slept in one day. Then i called them for new towels and linens. They only dropped them off and didn't make the room/ bed when i went out. Didn't empty the trash or take the dishes during the drop off either and i got a comforter with a bloodstain. The manager apologized and offered a 25$ credit.
One bright note, i arrived early and they let me check in at 7am

Not great experience with front desk, did not get requests per booking and got a basic room with view of another building. We had yellowish towels in the bathroom, no amenities and fuzz from towels all over tables
Room overall was fine, friendly cleaning staff and local cafe lady was great!
