There's nothing not to like from when we arrived until the checkout 5 days later the staff made sure everything was in order pool area's dining, rooms everything was top shelf probably one of the best resorts I've ever been to to

The property is very large with many areas to stay and they were poorly marked for first visitors, they had numbers but small and hard to see you could walk around in circles before you found your room. Next in room ice machine did not work , ants in the room, the phone in the room did. Ot work, the pool was not kept up it was very cloudy
I paid a lot and the property was inconvenient. I thought when I booked I was talking to the hotel directly. I was. Of it was Expedia who never identify themselves. I will never and I mean never use Expedia ever again

Great property at the quiet end of Duval St. Nice, spacious rooms. Good choice of pools with the tranquility pool for those who prefer quiet. Good cafe with great cocktails and all day dining options. Lovely beach spot! Would definitely recommend

Nice room with a great view. Convenient parking. Pool was nice but chairs were very close together. Phone did not work in our room, but no big deal. Maintenance request for phone and non-functional lamp was prompt, friendly and efficient. Overall great experience.

Annette and Jodi Ann, were very accommodating and top care of our needs, the daily texts of what was happening on property as to who was performing and at what stage (poolside) were very helpful and helped to plan our day. Thank you to the both of you, we will see you again next year

I loved the location and grounds of the hotel. and the oceanfront and pools.....the landscaping was nicely done.
I finally ended up with a nicely located room which met my expectations....
included breakfast was above average.....
Dislikes: was first offered a room on a second floor - 14 steps and no elevator....I thought it would be okay but it wasn't. Also the room had no phone. Before I was brought up there, they should have asked if that was acceptable. Also the floors in the room were never washed - just dusted - and they were filthy. And the door to my room did not close properly. I had to use two hands to close the door. I complained about both and neither were fixed/washed.

The staff was neither helpful nor concerned with questions or issues. We basically were not able to use the pool facilities at all during our stay as they were over capacity (all for an additional $60/day). Our room was not serviced 2 nights. Very disappointed in our stay!
