My stay was brief, but enjoyable. The staff was great. I had one issue. The ironing board just fell apart when I removed it from the closet. I called the front desk and it was replaced immediately. Pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and the location of the hotel good

The room was beautiful and inviting. Two issues came up. (1). The air conditioner/ heater fan would not shut off when set to off. It was very very noisy especially when turning it to heat. This resulted in sleepless experience. (2)
The fitted sheet did not stay on the mattress bunching up. This was not comfortable. Would like some reimbursement or credit for another night at a Marriott hotel. Thanks

I had an absolutely stellar stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a variety of options to start the day right, and I loved the convenience of ample parking. The facility was very clean and Jacoby, who was manning the front desk at check-in, was so friendly and helpful. I felt very safe, which is important as a person traveling alone. I had dinner at the onsite restaurant, and my chicken sandwich was delicious! Will stay again when opportunity arises

We paid for a king bed room, but when we checked in, they told us they ran out of king bed rooms. I told her that’s fine, we’ll take the queen. I asked if there was a price reduction but she told us no that we would still have to pay the king rate, which seems ridiculous to me.
The room was completely out of soap, body wash, shampoo; I went down to get more from the front desk, and when I came back up, there was a massive pool of water leaking from under the tub while my wife was showering. All in all, not the best stay.
