No water, no elevator, no new toiletries, used bathrobe that I threw on the floor they did not change and basically hang it again. I asked the housekeeping to clean up my room, but when I came back later that night, it was still messy. I called housekeeping that very night to clean up my room but their response was unprofessional. Something like "oh s***, oh s***, the housekeeping went home." Even though the room was quite decent, but the service was really bad.
