The housekeeping staff was the worst impression during this stay. The housekeeping staff always rang the bell early around 7-8am and when they came to clean, before the guests had left the room, they flipped the bed covers very hard, causing dust to fly everywhere. Then a fat staff cleaned the bathroom, called out to the staff who made the bed to ask how many towels there were, if they were enough, if they were dirty? Asked rudely in front of the customer, as if to say that if there were any shortages or dirt, they should leave a note and make the customer pay for it or something?
Stayed for 5 days, but by the morning of the 4th day, at 10:30am, they didn't bother to come up to clean the room. Called the receptionist and they said that today they had many rooms and they would clean before 2pm. Why didn't they clean late the previous days when there were few rooms, but they came knocking on the door early???
The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms was very hasty and dirty. The stains were still there the next day and not clean.
When cleaning the rooms, all the staff wore dirty slippers into the rooms. When I checked in in the afternoon, they didn't clean the room. I still saw shoe prints in the room, while the customer was walking barefoot in the room, not wanting sand on the floor and bed, so he left his shoes and slippers outside very consciously.
Another thing, the elevator was terribly small, only enough for 4 people under 50kg. The customer was waiting for the elevator. But the cleaning staff saw the elevator coming and went down first. I asked why he was cutting in front of the customer who had a small child, and that staff replied, "When the elevator comes, just go down." I was shocked, but I didn't want to argue because I felt it was not worth arguing with people who think like that.
The male receptionist who carried the suitcase for the customer also offered to use the car service to go sightseeing at this price and that price...
The cleaning staff on the breakfast floor only focused on cleaning the table for foreign guests. While my table had been eating for 5 days, no one took the initiative to clean the table. Vietnamese or foreign guests, they all paid the same amount. Should be more respectful and tactful.
The hotel only deserves 3 stars in all aspects.
Because the family booked the room a few hours before the stay, there were not many options for this summer vacation when DN was shooting fireworks.

First, regarding the room service, the hotel would like to sincerely apologize for the negligence in cleaning the room as well as the inappropriate behavior of the staff. The hotel has worked with the room service department and is very sorry for letting you have an unsatisfactory experience with the staff at the hotel.
Second, regarding the bellman, when the hotel staff received your comments about your dissatisfaction with the outside car service, the staff suggested that you consult the hotel's shuttle service. In addition, the staff instructed that if you want to book a car or consult the price, you can go directly to the front desk to ask and book. And we would like to confirm that we have absolutely no intention of soliciting customers, you are just introducing to you the hotel's services and have no intention of forcing or enticing you to book a car at the hotel.
Third, regarding the staff cleaning the breakfast floor, the hotel would like to confirm that all hotel staff welcome Vietnamese and foreign guests equally. The hotel always prioritizes taking care of all of its guests. However, it is possible that during the time you are having breakfast, you see the staff chatting with foreign guests, so you may need to wait for other guests to finish talking before cleaning your table. The hotel and restaurant staff sincerely apologize to you for the unfortunate incidents that have occurred and the hotel and staff will try their best to fix them.

We stayed there with two other families. We're all very happy with the staff, great services, helpful and always polite and pleasant. Harry was always helpful and Lisa made the best cocktails in town 😊 We've tried margaritas, Tequila sunrise and Pink collata. Would stay there again if we go to Da Nang. A small and cozy hotel.

The soundproofing is too poor, the room next door can hear the conversation when going to the toilet, the elevator is a bit squeaky, the queen bed is like a regular bed, the staff is friendly, the spring mattress is sagging and creaking after being used for too long
In general, the facilities and service are very bad, 4 stars, not worth the money

Khách sạn bé quá, nhìn tổng quan bên ngoài chỉ giống 3 sao thôi, lối đi vào phòng bé quá, cầu thang máy cũng chật, được cái phòng ốc sạch sẽ tạm được, không quá rộng nhưng vẫn thoáng. Tại khách sạn diện tích nhỏ quá nên cách âm không tốt, tối vẫn nghe thấy tiếng trẻ con ở phòng khác, bể bơi và các dịch vụ khác cũng đơn giản bé bé thôi. Hôm rày mình có dùng cái máy sấy mà nó giật với nổ phát khét lẹt sợ quá mà quên chưa báo ksan, có gì khách sạn check lại với ạ. Điểm cộng là buffet ngon quá là ngon và no ạ, nma mình đi trúng hôm nhà nào đó có trẻ con la hét kinh quá.

The hotel has good service quality, enthusiastic staff, warm and clean swimming pool. Many facilities such as spa, free bicycle, motorbike rental, breakfast buffet, are right in the center, a few minutes walk from My Khe beach. Will come back in next trip to Danang.
