The owner is extremely cute and enthusiastic, the room is ok for the price, only the soundproofing is not good so it's easy to hear noise, otherwise everything is ok. The hotel is near Tang Bat Ho street so there are many delicious restaurants (Hoa Sua snacks, Phuc Long, Banh Can No. 14, Banh Can Cay Bo...) the market is just across the street. I recommend this place to everyone. I will definitely come back if I have the chance!

The room is not soundproof but the bar music does not affect much, early check-in is very convenient, the location is right next to the peace area, very convenient to walk to the market

The hotel is unprofessional. Guests booked a room for 2 nights on Saturday and Sunday, paid in advance, but when they arrived at 2am on Sunday, they said they supported early check-in 😂 When they arrived, they were told they were late. I thought I wouldn't get a room so I rented it to someone else, but then told me to take 2 single rooms (if I closed the sentence like that, I'd already made a profit). Then tell the guest to stay in a standard room for 250k/night without surcharge for a third person. When checking out, they will notify you that the difference is 235k. (The number is 935k paid via app but in reality the hotel only receives 735k). So why don't you quote the room price of 350k? He also told me that when I first checked in and said I couldn't stay, I'd go find another place, so what's the point of booking in advance and paying in advance? Traveloka's customer service is also great, saying it was the hotel receptionist's fault but I'm sorry for the damage. I'm sorry, no one would dare to use the app with such a solution. 200k is not a lot but the way to handle errors like that is disappointing 😢.

Khách sạn nằm ngay trung tâm tiện cho việc di chuyển. Nhưng ở đây có quán Bar bên dưới hoạt động về đêm, ban ngày thì không có lễ tân, thời tiết lạnh nhưng phòng tắm không có nước nóng, không có máy sấy, không có dép đi trong phòng, muốn liên lạc thì phải gọi hotline nhưng cái gì cũng không có; phòng cách âm kém cực kì. Lần đầu tiên mình có trải nghiệm ở khách sạn tệ đến vậy, không dám quay lại lần nào nửa.

The room is beautiful, fully equipped, the owner is very friendly and cheerful. But the room soundproof is a bit poor, I don't know how the other rooms are, but my room is near the stairs so I can hear people outside very clearly, and sometimes I can even hear the next room talking. Everything else is ok near market, near entertainment places. Everyone can refer and come experience
