<p>We are very close to the lovely sandy beach My Khe in Da Nang. Only 3 minutes on foot. There are many restaurants, massage spa nearby. However, we are located on a big street so it is really not a very quite place. Thus, if you consider yourself a light sleeper, we recommend you book the superior room with pool view to avoid noises from the street. </p>

During my numerous stays at Le House Hotel, I've generally had positive experiences. However, this time, I decided to indulge myself by booking the Le Patio Suite. To my disappointment, upon arrival, I discovered that none of the rooms are actually suites or feature patios. It seems the hotel employs creative naming tactics to manipulate pricing strategies across various platforms, a tactic that provides plausible deniability and avoids price matching scenarios. Despite this deception, the overall stay was still satisfactory, especially considering the reasonable price point. The staff were friendly, although the linens appeared dated, and I found myself needing to request extra towels daily, as they only provided two each day without amenities like a bathmat or face cloth.

Good location, good service. When we requested to change rooms, they upgraded us to a bigger room without charge. It 's not 5 star hotel, but good for the price.

Old hotel. The facilities is about 2 stars or a little beyond. Convenience for business trip and go to the sea. Breakfasst is not included but lot of restaurant and convenience stores near by or the same street. The corridor light almost off for power saving. Can consider for next trips but don't expect too much.
