4 Stars Hotels in Quan Thanh Ward, Ba Dinh District

I booked 2 double rooms, both of that is normal but too old and smell? I don't know. Do they clean these rooms everyday? However, the prices was really good when anybody stay in center of Hanoi

Small and ill-equipped space. The bedsheets were unwashed and had crumbs; After the first review, they did give me fresh bedsheets. I was given a fresh towel and instructed how to turn on hot water at a shared bathroom (which I might have missed in the description, but is not what I wanted). The person who greeted me seemed to be a nice genuine man, but this does not seem well looked after at all, and is overall poorly managed. This could be a budget option for a short stay if you don't plan to be inside much.

The hotel is clean, the room amenities are very complete

I'm very happy at my stay here, clean and tidy room with super friendly staff for sure be back on my next business trip

Not satisfied with the receptionist when checking in to send cars to guests. Guests are passive by this situation

I have been travelling for several months and stayed in over 20 hotels. I take time to review each one to let travellers make informed decisions and let hotels know where they could improve their service. The staff at this hotel were not very helpful or attentive. They just didn't appear very friendly or interested in responding to questions or requests for information. Also my girlfriend got some hair dye on a towel and a tiny bit on the duvet sheet. They didn't attempt to wash these but charged us over £40. The manager wasn't available to speak to and the staff just shrugged and waited for me to pay before returning my passport. The pool was disappointing and the shower room next to the pool could definitely do with some attention.
