Poor attitude of receptionists. A 4-stars hotel that even don't have iron in room. Did asked the receptionist (named Thi Phuong) but was rudely refused as “other customers asked before but there’s no exception! I don't know anything about iron thing” Said the receptionist. No act of enthusiasm for helping customers. Bad attitudes! Service is not worth 4-stars standard absolutely

The room was tiny and the price was not that cheap. It was a little smelly also. The receptionist didn't care to smile at anyone. This hotel is more like a place for young people to stop by after watching movies at vincom. Definitely not a family friendly one.

The room is good. However, the bathroom should be improved since the sink is very old and quite dirty. The amenities are not really satisfying.

It's kind of so small for 2 people. You cannot walk comfortably if there's another one is walking too. My window view is not good anyway. Compare for the price, I think it is OK, the staffs are nice, the service is OK too.
