The form of self-service homestay is very good, I can take the initiative in everything, besides, there is still a hotline to help promptly when I am confused. The room is clean, beautiful, realistic as the picture on the web.

The hotel is under construction but still welcoming guests! 7:30 a.m. workers come to make noise and can't sleep. The water is cut off at 10 am, the water is turned black at night. Dust filled the room.

The room does not look like the picture, the room is old, the walls are damp. Checked in at 2:00 p.m. but had to sit in the hallway waiting for cleaning until 2:12 p.m. The walls are crawling with ants, no wonder there's an ant spray bottle in the room :))

There are many ants on the bed. At night, I was bitten by ants and couldn't sleep. I stayed for 4 nights and Cozrum announced that there would be a one-time housekeeping service and the house would automatically set the day, but on that day there was no room cleaning. I had to send a message so someone could come clean the next day. Disappointed in quality and service

Phòng ổn, tương đối giống hình ảnh minh hoạ. Nệm và chăn gối rất êm, mình ngủ rất ngon. Máy điều hoà hoạt động tốt. Ngoài ra, bếp có đầy đủ ấm đun siêu tốc, lò vi sóng, vv. Tuy nhiên, có vài lưu ý là lúc vào nhận phòng, chăn và drap giường có vết bẩn và ố vàng, mình chụp lại báo lên thì Coỏzum mới cho người đổi lại. Cách âm không tốt lắm. không có thang máy nên sẽ hơi cực cho các bạn ở cao. 1 điểm bất tiện nữa là Cozrum không có cho người dọn phòng và hành lang mỗi ngày nên mình thấy khá dơ. Dịch vụ dọn phòng tận 120k/lần. Bù lại, các bạn ở Cozrum hỗ trợ mình rất nhanh khi cần nên mình thấy ok lắm. Chung quy, trải nghiệm của mình tại đây ổn nhé.

Phòng vệ sinh kém - cơ sở xuống cấp - trước khi nhận phòng thì nói có phục vụ nước suối … đến khi check in thì tự vác chai đi đong nước . Chăn ga vỏ gối dơ .. không tương xứng .. tường nhà nấm mốc .. chán … rèm cửa thì tả tơi … Khi book phòng ở NĐC thì nói ok .. đến cận ngày thì lại bảo sửa chữa ồn ào từ 8h đến 16h … yêu cầu khách huỷ phòng đi .. Đóng phụ thu thêm 300k để chờ 16h trả phòng lên sân bay … nhân viên nhắn tin rồi gọi điện .. nhắc khéo .. rồi ngủ chả được .. bực mình trả phòng ra cafe ngồi .. 🤭🤭🤭 Chuyển qua Lý Chính Thắng thì nó như vậy

Mình đã nghỉ ngơi ở đây 2 ngày, lí do mình chọn là điểm đánh giá ổn và thấy phòng rất sạch sẽ. Mình đồng ý là thiết bị tiện nghi trong phòng rất ok, đầy đủ, staff có hỗ trợ khi check in muộn. Tuy nhiên, cơ sở mình ở thật sự là chưa hoàn thiện, cầu thang rất là bẩn, trong phòng dường như là mới khai thác để đưa vào hd nên mình cx thấy có những vết sơn sửa ở nền. Bên cạnh đó, thang máy cũng đang cbi được lắpđặt nên mình đi thang bộ. ngày cuối đee check out người ta đến sửa nhà lúc sớm, có những tiếng khoan ngay trước cửa phòng khiến trải nghiệm của mình bị ảnh hưởng rất nhiều. Thật sự nếu các bạn chưa hoàn thiện nhà để sẵn sàng cho thuê thì các bạn cân nhắc vì thực chất trải nghiệm không được như mình mong đợi. Mình có thể sẽ quay trở lại nhưng sẽ là một cơ sở khác đã hoàn thiện và sạch sẽ hơn.

It was a great stay at cozroom, for those looking for a feeling going home in midst of your holiday, this is the place for you, quite neighborhood, not too touristy, yet within walking distance to central saigon. Thumbs up guys, keep up the good work.

To be honest, I did not take photo where I stayed during the business trip. However, it was a nice experience. I love to stay in a place that I can cook some simple food as I follow eat clean. Here in Cozrum, they provided full equipments. The room was warm and cozy, the facilities were good and there was nothing trouble me.
