The staff were very friendly, although their English was a bit difficult. The room was spacious and clean, especially the toilet. However, the bidet water pressure was very strong. For this star rating and location, it's a good value.

A beautiful hotel with one of the most amazing views in Sapa. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe which was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The only downside was I found the staff at the hotel to be less friendly and helpful than the other hotels we have passed through in Vietnam. After booking the hotel 4 months before traveling, my request for an early check-in and high floor were denied, and generally, I found the staff here to be not as accommodating as other hotels. All in all, it is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the center of town and shops, restaurants, and other services right outside the front door. Great place to stay if you are heading to Sapa!

Delasol has a great location and offers beautiful views, which were the best parts of our stay. However, the property itself was a bit disappointing.
