The shuttle bus staff drove extremely recklessly, like a passenger bus braking suddenly, even though there were many small children on the bus, everyone reminded them, they still drove very recklessly, no sense of safety. The resort should improve the quality of the food, both the breakfast buffet and the Azura restaurant are expensive but not delicious! This is the resort with the worst kitchen I've ever stayed at! The indoor play area for children is tiny! The floors in the rooms are slippery and easy to fall!

Breakfast here is very diverse, delicious and fresh dishes, the room space is airy, beautiful and comfortable, I really like it and will definitely stay at Dhwa again when I have the chance. The sea is not very beautiful, huhu, I like to stay in the room and play all the time.

Everything is fine. Suggest that the staff should be more enthusiastic or have a more subtle way of behaving that is appropriate for the service industry to help improve the customer experience. For example: - Receptionist: When a customer needs to buy a cake to celebrate a birthday, suggest that the staff go buy it for the customer instead of just providing the customer with the address to buy the cake (and also the address that has stopped making birthday cakes). Because you are local, you know the location better than the customer, and that area is deserted, with few cake shops so that the customer can conveniently order. - Azura restaurant staff: When a customer is dining at the restaurant and wants to ask the restaurant staff to go to the receptionist's refrigerator on the 2nd floor to get the cake, the staff should agree in advance and tell the customer to let them arrange for someone to come and get it, instead of saying the restaurant is crowded and they can't leave their position, let me see if I can get it for you later (when in reality, the restaurant at that time had 5-6 tables of customers, not crowded, the staff was about the same, the customers hadn't ordered much but were waiting for the kitchen to prepare the food). In addition, when bringing the cake down, they forgot the hat bag and candles, and also brought the cake box and placed it on the table where the customer was eating, and didn't tactfully ask the customer when they needed to bring it out, if they needed us to light the candles first or anything => losing the sophistication and surprise that the customer wanted to bring to their loved ones.

The swimming pool for adults & babies is very large. There are many places for children to play! Many beautiful trees too!

Everything is perfect except the soundproofing. My family is very satisfied. There is nothing to complain about.

There is a noise of machinery somewhere coming into the room. It seems the soundproofing is not very good. The car park should have a lot of trees or a roof because if you go out to the parking lot in the hot noon, you might faint.

Good service. There is a staff named Tuyet Doan who is extremely cute, attentive and thoughtful. The security guards are the same.

The room is spacious, with a nice view. But this time I came back, the tea break was more limited than the previous time I stayed. The coffee was no longer made by machine, only pre-made coffee (not good), the tea break cake was hard and small for my little one to eat (chao cake). In general, the tea break was not as impressive as the first time I came.

The bathroom lacked a comb and razor, so the receptionist had to bring them up. The room was smaller than expected, but had a very airy balcony. The soundproofing was not good, and you could hear the sound of an electric toothbrush and the water coming from the next room.

The resort space is beautiful, the swimming pool and playground facilities are quite good. On weekdays, it is quite deserted. The restaurant has a good breakfast buffet, but the lunch is not very tasty. From the resort to the seafood restaurant area on the walking street is quite far, the restaurants are also good, the seafood is fresh. On Saturday, there is foam spraying at the pool, which is quite strange.

Spacious, clean room, diverse play area for children. Delicious dinner buffet but very bad lunch menu. Ordered fish porridge but the porridge was like plain porridge with fish added.

Professional and friendly staff, spacious car park, welcome drink counter with chao cake, coffee, free water, however the ice machine is very small so only a few people can take it, when there are many guests the staff is not flexible to bring more ice for guests, the hot water machine is broken so tea cannot be made. The room is very clean, however the soundproofing is extremely poor, the swimming pool is very large, there are many interesting activities, Pool party, BBQ.. there is a play area for children along with many interesting daily workshops. Breakfast buffet is ok, delicious cakes, however I booked a dinner buffet at the restaurant, 999,000++/pax but when I actually went to eat, there was no fresh food, only frozen food, tiny crabs, no crabs, very little food, like a normal dinner buffet, however there is a cake area with a Halloween concept which is very interesting and delicious. When you come here, you should try the cakes, the bakery here makes them very well. The beach has many breakwaters that look dirty and unsightly. You can still play and swim on the beach, but you shouldn't go too far.

The service, staff, and activities here are good. However, the rooms are not soundproof, which affects your rest time.

The first thing to praise is that the staff here are extremely friendly, cute and professional. Trang (Lucie(?)) checked in, Thuan helped with luggage, room service (I don't know the name) set up food for me on the balcony so that night I had a very chill meal. And Thuong did my checkout very friendly and professional, she suggested that I register for Banyan Tree membership to get a massage voucher and a drink voucher so that after I checked out, I wouldn't get bored waiting for the bus back to Ho Chi Minh. Oh, and the staff at the breakfast restaurant too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. All the staff at the resort smiled brightly at the guests, very professional. The room was clean, spacious, fully equipped, had a balcony overlooking the sea and the swimming pool.

Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm. The travel time to get there is very early and having to wait until 3pm is too long. If the room is available early, you can still support early check in even until 2pm. It takes half a day to get checked in.

The place is very nice, the swimming pool area, the green trees are ok, but the sea is not swimmable. The dinner buffet is not very good compared to the price of 499k. My family of 5 people including 2 9-year-old children ate the buffet, the total bill was 3.1 million, a bit expensive. If I stayed at other nearby places, I think I wouldn't be able to finish all the delicious food..
