The room looks like the picture, clean and stable, suitable for traveling alone or with 2 people. The biggest plus point is that the house is right in the center, next door there is a delicious noodle breakfast restaurant, so try it. However, the stairs are a bit small so carrying the suitcase from the 4th floor to the 5th floor is a bit difficult. The host is very friendly and enthusiastic. If I have a chance, I will come back!

Home Peace Home (HPH) from the outside, looks like a small shophouse that sells stationery and books. When it is closed, the front door is covered by a rolling door.
I arrived at HPH at 9 pm with the rolling door already closed. I tried to WhatsApp the HPH staff a/n Thuỳ Dung, responded quickly and friendly, it turned out that he had been waiting for me but had already returned home. He quickly helped open the rolling door mobile and also left a memo of my room number, Wi-Fi password + rolling door remote key at the reception desk. When I entered the room, he said to contact me anytime if I needed help.
The room conditions are quite cramped, but the facilities are very good and the situation is quiet because there are few rooms. In the room there is a mirror, mirror chair, clothes hanger, large drawer for storing clothes, welcome drink (bottled water) + 2 glasses and 2 towels. In the bathroom there is a shower that can be adjusted hot and cold, toothbrush + 2 toothpaste, shampoo and liquid soap. The AC and Wi-Fi are also great, no problems at all.
Overall, I highly recommend this HPH for a stay. The distance to Saigon bus terminal or some major tourist attractions in Ho Chi Minh is also relatively close, even still good to reach by foot.

The place is clean, has a private shower room, is comfortable to stay in, the hosts are helpful, and it's located in District 1, near mini markets. It's easy to get food around the place, and it's easy to get Grab bike or Xanh SM.

That day I went alone but the home had an empty room so they supported me to check in early and upgraded my room, automatic check in and check out, super trustworthy, clean room, airy balcony view, convenient location, will come back next time ❤️❤️

Great home, the owner's way of operating is foreign, guests almost check in - out by themselves and trust each other. The actual room is small but very cozy, satisfied with the service at this price in Saigon. Will stay again when coming to Saigon

The owner is extremely nice, the staff also enthusiastically supports customers. The room is very soundproof, not bothered by traffic noise, the room is very clean and tidy. 10 points are not available but for the central location of District 1!

Phòng nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ. Bên cạnh có hàng bán sữa chua và trà hoa quả ngon. Lần sau vào Sài Gòn mình sẽ book lại phòng ở đây.

Nên trải nghiệm nha mn về phòng ốc nhỏ xinh ok á mà có điều là mình kh thấy kem đánh răng với bàn chải thoi chắc do quên thoi (tại bạn gấp dọn cho mình vào á)😚ngoài ra mọi thứ ok bạn chủ rất nhiệt tình mình có bé nhỏ bạn thấy khách đi là dọn cho mình vô liền mặc dù chưa đến lúc checkin🥰10 điểm
