The hotel is clean, the price is not too high.
3 stars, enthusiastic staff.
The only problem is that everyone who books must pay attention to rent for 2 hours / day, not 24 hours.
And there is no refund.
The hotel supports changing from 2 hours to 24 hours, so it is about 600k to 650k.

The hotel is located in an alley, inconvenient to drag suitcases + no mineral water, only a mini bar in the fridge, a terrible experience.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was even a cute good night card. But the room was not very soundproof. That day, the room next door was watching tiktok while I was sleeping and I could hear it quite clearly =)))

The rooms are very clean, the location is not too far from tourist attractions, you can take an electric taxi to the tourist attractions for about 30~60k. The room price is reasonable, the hotel is in a very quiet alley.

I have never felt so frustrated booking a room like this, booked the wrong price, when I arrived at the hotel in the first 2 hours, the staff said there were no more rooms in the class like the one I booked. If I stayed overnight, I would have to pay extra for a higher room class, otherwise I would have to rebook on the room price chart for the class, the whole hotel only had 1 receptionist and no parking. The room was not nice and not worth the money. The experience was too bad, especially the attitude, so everyone should consider before booking.

The price on the app and at the hotel is not clear. The bathroom lacks toiletries (toothbrush), the shower is broken, the floor is dirty, the room does not have a phone to call the receptionist, why do you have to go down to the counter? The room price is not suitable.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và lễ phép. Phòng hơi cũ. Mình ở 2 ngày thì nguyên ngày đầu bị mất wifi. Phòng tắm xuống cấp, thiết bị phòng tắm cũng hỏng, nước chảy giọt cả đêm. Phòng không có nước wellcome, 2 chai 1 ngày không đáng bao tiền nhưng sẽ tạo cảm giác khác cho khách hàng.

Khách sạn tốt. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ thoải mái. Thái độ của nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Mấy năm nay khi ra Hà Nội ăn Tết, mình và gia đình đều chọn khách sạn này để lưu trú vì giá rẻ và dịch vụ tốt.

Tạm ổn, không có chỗ để ô tô, nhân viên phải chở xe máy qua bãi gửi, phí gửi ô tô +100k tự thanh toán, vậy nên với mức giá này mình lựa chọn địa điểm khác hợp lý hơn!

Khách sạn hơi khuất trong hẻm nhưng khá sạch sẽ. Phòng tương đối thoải mái và mới. Chỉ có điều khách sạn nên cải tiến vòi nước nóng bằng loại dễ sử dụng hơn. Ngoài ra công suất nước nóng sử dụng trong mùa đông nên tăng cường hơn vì thời tiết bên ngoài khá lạnh.
