Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Breakfast is delicious but a bit limited. Have stayed here many times. Overall, reasonable price, good service. Although the room has a bit of a musty smell and is not very fragrant.

The room is spacious and clean! The staff is enthusiastic and cheerful! The food is also delicious!
Especially the swimming pool system here is extremely good for families with children
The beach is extremely clean because the hotel cleans it carefully... The sea view here is also extremely chill...
Although I have been here many times, I always feel very happy! My family and friends have come here and no longer go to Vung Tau to play but have all moved here to have a short vacation that is really satisfying and fun!

I forgot my watch in the room, less than 10 minutes later I went back to get it but the housekeeping said it was gone, I was sure it was on the bed, when I went up they said it couldn't be found, the receptionist's attitude and service were both poor, the bathroom was smelly, the soundproofing was terrible, the breakfast was poor quality for a 4 star standard like that. Too bad, it didn't leave any good impression on me to come back.

1. Advantages:
• The room is designed to be eye-catching and harmonious,
• The beach, common space, swimming pool, clean, fresh air, suitable for chilling with family
2. Disadvantages
• The check-in time is quite late, with the regulation of 3pm. Because I arrived quite early around 1:30pm, I had to wait more than an hour ~ 2:30pm to get the room,
• After checking in, I felt that the floor was not clean, it could be called dirty, walking felt like my feet were "sticky, sticky" very uncomfortable, it seemed like it had been cleaned but not dried, some places still had sand, the bathroom was the same.
• The room was poorly soundproofed, I stayed on the ground floor, I don't know how the other rooms are, but I saw that the gap under the main door was quite large ~ 1-2cm → people walking outside were very noisy, even though the door was closed.
