M HOTEL DA NANG

Breakfast was excellent. Very helpful and courteous staff. The location was excelllent.

Great facility and location for a Da Nang trip , hotel is lux but so affordable. Pool is excellent and such good views while having a cool drink . The spar was so good and the team provides an excellent service for both men and women . All in all excellent place to stay and can highly recommend it and enjoy the awesome breakfast.

This hotel was modern and clean with a futuristic feel. The staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. We ate at the restaurant on 4th floor while we waited for our room. The food was delicious with western and Asian fusion. The breakfast Buffett was extensive and offered a variety each day. The rooftop pool was beautiful and relaxing with plenty of seating. The beach is across the street with Maia restaurant and bar located directly across. The greenery on the outside was unique and made our hotel easy to locate among a row of concrete and mirrored glass. It gave a very calming feel. We will definitely stay there again and can’t wait to!

Location is right across from the beach, but they have no area for beach chairs designated for them. They have two great pools but there is never going to be enough chairs to lounge on and most of the loungers are out in the full sun. The lights are far too bright up by the pool bar. The music they play is lovely but they don't do anything when guests decide to play their own - through either their phones or even a speaker. In fact this was my big complaint about the property. I booked wanted an upscale quiet place to relax and there were constantly people playing music or watching videos on their phones in common areas. And staff would do nothign to ask other guests to not interfere. Also, the view from the rooms are amazing but this is in a VERY noisy area at night. They supply ear plugs but in no way is it enough.

Great location by the beach where you can go for walk/run and within walking distances to restaurants. The hotel and room are ok but location makes up for it.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Fantastic breakfast was tons a space and lovely views. The rooftop pool was spectacular and an easy place to enjoy the afternoon when it’s too hot to walk around town.

This hotel lived up to all expectations. The pool especially was as good as the photos look, amazing at sunrise and sunset. Gym facilities were also excellent, and basically brand new. The room itself was spacious, very comfortable and amazing quality for the value. Amazing value for money, and in a great location close to all restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Will be back if we return to Danang!

We loved our stay at the M hotel. We stayed in the junior deluxe suite which was beautiful and spacious and the view was incredible. Great location, we would stay again!

This hotel is a true 5 star, the pool views are amazing! We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast and tea time was as great each day as well! If I ever come back to Da Nang, I will definitely stay here again! Very nice and modern and excellent location for beach access!

We loved our stay from the minute we walked through the door, it had a beautiful luxe feel about it. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.The breakfast variety was immense. The pools were amazing early right through til 9pm. Beds were really comfortable . We would definitely love to stay here again!

Very clean hotel. Kids noisy at the 2 pools so maybe designate one to adults only? Staff very friendly and accommodating!

Awesome location with great staff and amenities. Including complimentary breakfast which was excellent.

We had the green haven apt. One room was very hot with the temp on the lowest. Had maintenance come but did not help

Goods: Good mannered and helpful staff Good quality breakfast buffet Fantastic view from room Simple and comfortable room design To be improved: Room and bathroom floor could be cleaner Consider to add more workable space in bathroom e.g. to put toiletries, to hang bath and face towels Consider installing door or partition for the shower stall so that water won't splash everywhere, so that bathroom can be used by more than 1 person at the same time Consider using more opaque material for the window glass dividing the bathroom and the room to enable reasonable privacy. Current blinds used does not serve the purpose Bads: Terrible water pressure in shower; water could be suddenly very hot that burned the skin or suddenly very cold without warning, and the water temperature could not be controlled either. Will need to wait for a minute or longer until the water temperature turned back to a safe water temperature by itself before we could continue to shower!! Both the shower and sink drainage could be blocked and caused water overflowed anytime for a long while then suddenly unblocked to drain the water, but the bathroom floor and sink area already messy wet everywhere!!

We loved staying at the M Hotel 🏨 it's paying for the ocean front room to wake up every morning to the sun rice. The rooftop pools are amazing. The buffet breakfast was self serve and had a good selection. The only thing missing was just made Vietnamese coffee that we loved throughout our trip. Across the street is the beach club Maia which was really nice and at the beach entry there were surfing lessons stand. We loved staying here and the hotel is like 1 year old.

The room is splendid, the hotel so modern and so clean and just in front of the great beach and the staff is so nice. We could not wish for a better hotel. It’s a 5 star.
