I had a wonderful 3d2d vacation at the hotel. I booked a Superior room and was upgraded to a Deluxe room with Honeymoon concept decoration for free right after the hotel learned that it was my husband and my wife's wedding anniversary trip. Room is clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, polite and really friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is right on Bui Thi Xuan street, so it's convenient to move to locations in the center. Near the hotel there are also many good eating places. The hotel also has motorbike rental service for 160k/motorcycle. Although the breakfast menu is not too diverse, the food is very delicious. Overall, my husband and I were very satisfied with this trip.

The room is beautifully decorated, luxurious, and cozy. I don't necessarily need a view through the window, so the interior meets my needs. The bathroom is clean and beautiful, hot and cold, easy to use, good equipment. The staff is friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to help. The only minus point is the breakfast. Few dishes. For me, it's boring. I'm a picky eater so I can't eat much.

The room I received has an extremely beautiful and impressive view, with a blooming purple phoenix tree, and there are shimmering lights at night, which looks very interesting. The room is spacious and comfortable, with lots of windows to create a cool space.

The staff was enthusiastic from the moment they got off the car, polite, the receptionist was friendly, took care of every little thing 😭😭😭 unlike the reviews on google said, the security guard was very enthusiastic in helping with directions to park the car

My grandmother and I had a great trip and were quite satisfied with the service and quality here. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The food is delicious and varied, the breakfast buffet changes every day. The rooms are clean and the toilets are attentive. Overall, it is worth the experience.
