This hotel is quite clean and surrounded with many local restaurants and cafe. It's far from Dalat Night Market around 2km. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. They can communicate in English very well. However, the elevator is quite small and you have to wait when there are many guests. The worst thing is sound insulation. You can hear every single word from other rooms and unfortunately, my opposite room open the music all night and I cannot sleep at all. If you okay with the noisy which may happen in your stay, I recommend this one.

okiela hotel everyone oyy! Nice clean. In the center, so it is easy to travel, the receptionist supports the motorbike rental and book a taxi to the airport. But the minus point is poor sound insulation

The hotel is extremely beautiful and clean, from the front desk to the inside of the room (just like the photo). Hotel staff are polite and always assist guests. The only minus point is that I find the room a bit small, but that's okay because in return everything in the room is beautiful and has a nice view to the outside. The hotel is located right near Bui Thi Xuan street, so it's easy to go anywhere. Highly recommend everyone.

The hotel is designed in indochine style so it is very beautiful. New, clean room, friendly and enthusiastic staff. Reasonable price.

After booking a Family Triple room indochine style, the staff finally let me check-in what room I didn't understand anymore. You have to go back to the reception to find the photo of the room you booked & show the room photo to get back to the room you booked. I thought I would hang a web photo on one side and then sell the other (I'm really not satisfied with the hotel in this paragraph, explain things like the hotel only has 1 room, especially this room, why don't you like it abc xyz, so why? When you check in, you don't ask the guest if they want to stay in this room?) The hotel is new and beautiful. The common point of most hotels in Da Lat is poor soundproofing, like lying in a locked room, but outside the guest room, listening to the phone or shouting at each other, you can hear it clearly in one ear. The room is not so big and spacious as in the photo. The road to the hotel is located on a row of hotels and restaurants, so traffic jam is a common situation if you go on weekends. Finally, I booked a 3n2d and wanted to stay for another 1,2 days here because I was lazy to move my luggage, did I go down to ask the reception if there was an empty room? The reception quoted a room price of 1 million while I just looked on the app, there were only 500-600. But by some miracle the locked room can't be set. Ask the front desk if there is a fix policy for guests who have stayed for 3 days? Receptionist said only reduced 50k, left 950. Definitely do not reduce more. That's okay, and I don't understand why the hotel doesn't want to sell rooms to guests who want to stay more for 850. Even on the app there are 5-600???

The inside of the hotel is quite new. However, there are some minus points as follows: 1. Not very clean, clean the room but forget to clean the toilet. When I entered, I still saw the old customer's toothpaste in the toilet. I stayed for 3 nights and forgot to clean the room one day, I had to go down to remind the next day to clean the room. 2. The 2-bedroom bathroom is a bit ridiculously designed, 1 person uses the bathroom/toilet, all the rest can't use it. It's connected (clear glass), not separate shower and toilet. 3. Going from the airport to the airport, you should book a Mai Linh taxi contract (about 180k in the afternoon, 250k in the way back to the airport). I asked the hotel to book a car because I didn't know, the hotel took 500k / way. More than Mai Linh taxi 2 way. 4. In general, the hotel's facility is nothing and it's still far from the center. You have to take a taxi, but it's tiring to walk because the road is steep.
