It was very reasonable, the room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind. The only problem was that the water cooled down quickly when I was taking a shower, but overall it was a good deal considering the price of the accommodation.

Whilst it’s not in Old town, I’m glad. This is a lovely & comfortable room. The restaurant has delicious food, at good prices, so you don’t have to go far. There’s a convenient story just around the corner.

It was amazing; but the location of the shower is located inside the bath tub. So you have to climb in and out of the bath tub if you want to get into the shower. And the water splashes on the bath tub tiles, that then will flow onto the floor. So as a result, you will have a wet bathroom floor. However, the staffs are very accommodating and good in what they’re doing.

This is the second time I've stayed at the Nesta. The staff is wonderful and helpful. This is a small hotel that is close to the neighborhood. Their primary clients appear to be from Asia. However, as an American I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. The only issue I had this time was a problem getting the a/c to cool down enough. I'm not sure if it was me or the control. I didn't ask (which I should have). The Nesta is a great value and I intend to stay there again - the next time I'm in Hanoi.

最初だけ熱い湯がでるが、すぐにぬるま湯以下の温度に下がってしまい、ゆっくりシャワーをあびたり、バスタブにつかったりできない。

日本語は通じませんが、従業員はみんな親切です。ハノイ駅から徒歩15分くらいなので、空港から86番バスで安く安全に移動できます。ベトナムの都市はどこも道路がカオス状態なので、お年寄りや子連れの方は十分気を付けてください。
