khách sạn lầu lễ tân không dám mở máy lạnh hay máy quạt dì hết quá nóng. phòng thì có mũi. ngủ mà mũi nó dè sáng đêm. bị mũi đốt cái chân cả chục mũi. bù lại lễ tân làm thủ tục nhận phòng rất nhanh chóng. toilet sạch. nếu khách sạn bổ sung thêm cái tủ lạnh là tiệc vời. vì mình ở xa muốn mua đồ ăn để trữ cần bảo quản thực phẩm đi xa thì phải cần đá. mình mua đá khô tiện Lợi để muốn trữ lạnh để tiện dùng nhưng khách sạn không có. nếu bổ sung thêm tủ lạnh cho khách dùng nữa là tiệc vời 😊

Đây là lần đầu tiên mình phải phàn nàn về 1 khách sạn đặt trên traveloka! 1. Chăn dơ, đắp rất ngứa, có kiến trong chăn Nhân viên chưa hỏi, chưa check gì đã đổ hết lỗi cho khách "1 là do chị ăn uống đồ ngọt trong phòng nên có kiến, 2 là do chị tắm sữa tắm bị dị ứng". Nhân viên nói chắc chắn đã dọn phòng sạch sẽ, thay ga giường và chăn mới trước khi khách nhận phòng. Không đưa ra hướng giải quyết, chỉ chăm chăm đổ lỗi cho khách. Mình chỉ tắm bằng nước nên không có chuyện dị ứng sữa tắm. Nói mình mang đồ ngọt vào nên bị kiến, trong khi mình vô phòng chỉ mở đúng 2 chai nước lọc! nhân viên còn mở thùng rác ra xem mình có nói xạo không :)))) thấy không có đồ ăn thức uống trong thùng rác thì lại nói do điều hoà nóng quá :))) 2. Phòng tắm tự tắt không lý do. nhân viên giải thích là "đèn cảm ứng, lúc nó tắt chị vỗ tay 1 cái là nó lên" :)))) trong khi đang trong đó bị tắt mình gọi bạn mình ầm lên vì mình sợ nhưng vẫn không lên, 3-5p sau nó mới lên lại. Đèn "cảm ứng" lạ vậy?! 3. Phòng có con gián to! 4. Ga giường và chăn cũ kĩ, có nhiều vết rách, ố. Có mùi xài rồi, nhưng nhân viên bảo là mùi nước giặt :)

The staffs are friendly but the hotel they didn't give us watter. Bottle of watter cost 10k VND. Room quite small and clogged drain.
