REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL WHEN CHECK-IN / CÁC HỒ SƠ CẦN THIẾT CHO NGƯỜI NHẬP CẢNH KHI LÀM THỦ TỤC NHẬN PHÒNG: • Personal documents (such as passport) • Approval document that allows the 14-day (or longer) quarantine for people who arrive from countries that have adequately controlled the epidemic • Flight tickets • Reservation confirmation number at the quarantined hotel *In the case that the guest is fully vaccinated or has recovered from COVID-19, they need to prepare the following documents in English when checking in at the hotel: • Certificate of full vaccination against COVID-19 • Certificate of recovery from COVID-19
*This reservation is non-refundable and non-amendable * Refund may be considered by hotel under condition that customer has tested positive for COVID-19 in duration of stay and forced to cancel the following nights. Actual charged amount will be followed hotel's policy * If guests are required to stay additional nights for a confirmation of negative Covid test to check-out, guests need to pay the extra room night rate directly to the hotel. Note: Room rate does not include testing costs which will be paid at the hotel. According to the official dispatch of Vinh Phuc Province, the number of covid tests for guests staying in isolation is as follows: 7 days: test 2 times (on the 1st and 7th days : 1st time before check-in at the resort and 2nd time on the last day of the quarantine period to get the certification of the isolation completion) 14 days : test 3 times (on days 1st -7th -14th)
