Very disappointed. Nearly 2 million for a room but received towels, swimming towels are all torn. Even the resort uses old towels to clean the floor. The white towels to use are also as old as the towels on the floor. What if they wash the wrong towels or take the wrong towels from the guests and the floor towels? Because they are almost all torn and old. The room is nearly 2 million but there is no dressing table 😳 Standing in the bathroom to do makeup makes your legs tired and the mirror in the bathroom is very high 😣 Standing for a long time is very tiring and difficult to do makeup and skincare. Especially for pregnant guests like me, it will be very inconvenient because you have to reach up to see the mirror. In the room, apart from the bathroom mirror, there is no standing mirror to check clothes or sit down to do makeup. Right in front of my room, there is a chair to look out at the swimming pool. I saw that the tile on top was about to fall off, and this picture is on my brother's phone. If the resort needs it, I will provide more evidence later. I feel it is very dangerous for families with small children. If the tile falls off, it will be very stressful. In addition, the bathroom door is not maintained. The tempered glass is about to come off the hinges without anyone knowing how to fix it. In general, it is very dangerous for families with small children. Although the facilities are similar to those described in the description, this resort does not meet the quality requirements corresponding to the price. We booked because of the good location and the swimming pool, the bathroom was very beautiful. But the service is too bad. Almost everything in the room is broken (phone, wifi ...), we ask to fix it a few times but at the end of the holiday it still can't be used. The room was very dirty, when we arrived, we had to request a change to the bed immediately because the mattress pillow was yellow as if there was no user for a long time. I even found an old pair of guests' underwear left as if housekeeping did not clean the room before picking up new guests. Quality is too bad for the price of 100 USD + 1 night.

The hotel is in the process of repairing, there are many mosquitoes in the room and on the premises, the normal service is not worthy of the price.

The hotel is beautiful, but the air conditioner does not exert all effort, must open more ceiling fans but still feel hot. Blankets, mattresses, pillows are quite old, unpleasant odors are not fragrant. Particularly, the bathroom is spacious, beautiful, big bathtub, beautiful swimming pool, beautiful private beach. Breakfast according to the dish, not buffet. Delicious concoction.

There were too many mosquitoes inside of the room as well as outside. We didn't dare to open the main door of the room. Except that, everything else was ok. However, compare the price with other four stars resorts, it is quite expensive for a three star resort.

The room is more outstanding than the pay. Although the restaurant is still under repair, but the breakfast room service is very delicious, the staff is very enthusiastic.

The hotel is not big but takes care of every small corner. Nice view, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Have a great vacation. Will definitely come back here when I come to Phan Thiet

The toilet does not drain in time, causing floods

The resort is very nice and bright. Although small but reasonable layout of room clusters. I rented 2 deluxe pool view rooms for the whole family when I stepped out to have a separate pool for the cluster of rooms there. Step into the sea with an overflow pool for the whole resort. The lakes are clean and there are corners for children. Rooms are clean and spacious. The restaurant is renovating so the resort offers breakfast in the room or at the beach. Breakfast à la carte in 3 menu types is quite a lot for my family. The morning European dishes include different types of breads and eggs with fruit desserts and buffet desserts like pancakes with 2 drinks. Staff is fast and friendly. I just want to add a comment that the resort should equip more combs and earwax for guests. Also, the part of the glass of the bathroom-toilet area should be affixed with a decal in the middle of the eye line of the customer to judge because my house sometimes noticed that there was a transparent glass door so I bumped into it. Any group with children like me is easy to hit with glasses if they don't pay attention. Overall, I scored 9.0 and will come back next time.

I love everything about this resort. Restaurant is now under renovation but not a problem, breakfast is served by the beach, nice view.

Too bad for guests to forget what employees took out to eat.

Nice room, clean pool, 1 point except for very long breakfast, sitting for 45 minutes to have, every 2 staff, at the restaurant near the beach with 2 small children, that go out The sea caught them in a quiet order, like going to the library, making me a little uncomfortable.

Staff receptionist and restaurant service is not enthusiastic, toiletries in the toilet is nothing but soap, bathroom can not drain in time to spill over, mosquito room
