Despite the no smoking signs, my room and the general lobby area had the smell which was pretty suffocating. Also, breakfast options, in-room dining aren’t vegetarian or vegan friendly. Overall left a sour taste in the mouth.

The staff were not very accommodating to my family request as I was attending a wedding and they couldn’t place us on the same level. I had to request for additional keys for my family so that we could transfer between floors as the hotel could not put us on the same level and at the beginning the staff was not accommodating and was unwilling to give us additional keys, eventually after some insistence they gave in to our request. In addition the room’s shower and bathtub combination was impractical and there were moments where the water kept leaking out of the bathtub. I had to climb out of the bathtub and it was awful as I felt if I were to be of a fall risk I will be in danger. The rooms are very dated and the layout feels old. The only plus side to this hotel is that it is 10mins away from the airport. I would not choose to stay here again. I am appalled at the substandard of this hotel.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport and had we had an early flight the next day. For that it was a good hotel. That said the place was a little run down. Rooms need some TLC. Dinning was also limited but we did find a great Viet BBQ place a 10 minute walk from the hotel called OM.

We stayed 2 nights in a suite on level 12A room 09. The room is very spacious, clean and plenty of natural light. The only complaint was very early morning around 6am, it was very noisy above us with moving off chair legs scraping the floor. So above this room if you are a late riser and don't want your sleep disturbed

The hotel shut down the breakfast area without informing the hotel guest. Shift led breakfast area to the 15th floor. The staff doesn't communicate with the guest They speak mainly Vietnamese languages and when they see foreign guest, they tends to avoid. Being shy, they lack of communication. Staff overall are not friendly and helpful. I stayed in this hotel, mainly for convenience. Is an old hotel, during Covid19, it was used as a hospital or quarantine quarters. People died here due to Covid19,this information was shared by the local people here.
