Beautiful property and wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and kind staff. The food was fabulous and everything was within walking distance. Would love to spend time there on our way back through but it’s booked out!!

Best hotel in the area. The night market is right outside the front door but the rooms are sound proof and we did not hear any of the noise. We love the staff here and the breakfast is so delicious!

Great location! The breakfast buffet was so good! Chloe and Travis at the hotel were so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We have already decided they are our besties. We are returning for 3 more nights and are so glad we booked them again for our stay in Hanoi.

the hotel was great.Everyone was helpful when phone and wallet were stolen on the street. The breakfast was great. The soundproofing in the room worked very well. We were not in the right area for us, too busy outside.

This property was in the heart of old town and walking distance to many tourist sites. Chloe at the front desk couldn’t have helped us more and Kai who was just learning also provided excellent service. I would stay here again.

Hotel was very good, located at the heart of the old quarter and walking distance to most tourist spots. My room was very spacious for one person, with big bathroom and balcony facing the city, bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is also good because it was included with your stay and you have the option for few cooked breakfast if you wish to. My stay was much nicer because of the staff that are helpful and kind most specially Chloe and Long Bee(not sure if this is his real name)😊. My experience with the hotel and its staff have been great and if I will be given a chance to go back to Hanoi I would not hesitate to book with them again. For those looking for hotel to stay in Hanoi old district, I would highly recommend using them. Great service and value for money. Again thank you very much.🙏❤️😊

We enjoyed our stay at the West. There's no shortage of shopping and food options within walking distance of the hotel. If you are looking for 'Beer Street' it's just one block away.
The staff was very helpful. They even assisted us around our other excursion to and from Ha Long Bay. We would stay there again.

This property is very dirty. Brown towels and dirty floors. Ther is no safe and nowhere to leave your valuables. Also there is no air conditioning. When I spoke with the reception desk, they said they promise the AC will work....but nothing. I am from Canada and have travelled to SE Asia several times but have never had such a terrible experience for the money. Dirty and Overpriced.
