When checking in, the staff looked at us and laughed, then the room had no electricity and we were changed to another room, what a terrible room, it was scary, there was no hair dryer, kettle, tissues, free mineral water, but the amenities board did not say that the price did not have those amenities, I have been to many places that are cheaper than 213k in Nha Trang, the room is beautiful, the amenities are probably 10 times better, it is no different from a motel, what hotel is that bad, on top of that, the toilet is flooded, the wifi is hard to use, the elevator is slow as a turtle, the stairs are faster, the blanket is small and thin, oh my gosh, I have been to many places but this place is disgusting

Mình ở 2 ngày nhưng khách sạn không refill kem đánh răng cũng như dọn phòng, ở 2 đêm thì bị cúp điện cả 2 đêm (mỗi lần tầm 15 phút). Lúc check out thì lễ tân bắt phải trả thêm phụ thu vì nhận phòng sớm (mặc dù mình check in qua 12h), nói 1 hồi check lại thì do bị nhầm với nhóm khách khác.

I only stayed 24 hours and moved due to the combination of work, but really could not be satisfied with the receptionist attitude first. Everyone can come here, because the room is clean and airy. but I hope the hotel will improve the service soon. Whether promotions or not, be more respectful to customers. If it is because of the promotion, the attitude is uncomfortable, it is better not to do the promotion.

We stayed in a family room with two double beds.It is rather spacious and clean but there is no window. The hotel has an elevator and it is near the beach which many people swim in the morning and the evening. It is on an quiet street but there is a local market (they work during the morning) and a night market which is not far from the hotel, about 3 minutes walking.You have many choices for food because it is in the centre of city. it cost 110.000vnđ to Tuy Hòa airport and 50.000vnđ to Tuy Hoa railway station.You can rent the motorbike with 120.000vnđ per day from the owners, they are helpful, nice and friendly!In brief, good price, very good location. Choose it if you don't have very high demand.
