I rented a room for 600k, which is not expensive, but not cheap either. 1. When checking in, the receptionist did not know English and asked me to translate for a Western guest in room 1101, I was in room 1105. While translating, the receptionist used Vietnamese to curse the Westerner. Something like: f...ck..., I told you so... I am Vietnamese but I think the receptionist's level is not high and he is a bit uncultured. I also checked in for the night so I can go out tomorrow because I already booked and paid. 2. When I went to check in, I saw that the light was broken, the receptionist kept pushing it up but it didn't come up. I just ignored it, it wasn't that important because I just needed to sleep. 3. After I went into the bedroom, I saw that the air conditioner was black and leaking water. I think they probably didn't do any maintenance on this situation, even the light was broken and the air conditioner was broken. 4. The air conditioner leaked water onto the bed, the most important thing was that the headboard was full of mold. At this point, don't they clean the room every day? Or clean the room before the guests move in? Why do they still leave the bed moldy? 5. Continued, checked and saw that the pillow was wet and wet. 6. Called the receptionist, but the phone was broken. 7. While I was translating for the receptionist with the foreign guest, the receptionist called to talk to the sale. The receptionist asked me to talk to the sale and the foreign guest because he didn't know English. When the sale was on the phone, the sale kept cursing. Well, I also determined that they have no sense of culture here. Arguing and arguing won't help anything. 8. Finally, I returned the bracelet and left. The first thing, the receptionist also said that they wouldn't refund the money, it seemed like this was a common occurrence, so they used the prepayment method, didn't let me check out, didn't give me a refund.

Swimming pool under repair. The room is as large as an apartment about 50m2, with a washing machine without breakfast. Nice view, friendly security guards. The air conditioner is not good. There is private wifi in each room.
