Pesing Station (PSG) is a small class III railway station located on Daan Mogot Street, Wijaya Kusuma, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta. The station, located 5 meters above sea level, serves Commuter Line (KRL) trains only.  

Pesing Station is named after the name of the neighborhood 'Kampung Pesing'. Its location is indeed strategic since it's not far from office areas, one of which is Indosiar Television Station.

This station does serve Commuter Line KRL trips only, with one type that stops at this station, the Lin Tangerang KRL. As with the stations where KRL stops in Jabodetabek, Pesing Station also has standard facilities, including toilets, prayer rooms, and automatic ticket tap machines.

Pesing Station only serves KRL Commuter Line Lin Tangerang with Duri-Tangerang Station line and vice versa. If heading to Tangerang Station, the train will stop at Pesing Station, Taman Kota Station, Bojong Indah Station, Rawa Buaya Station, Kalideres Station, Poris Station, Batu Ceper Station, Tanah Tinggi Station, and finally Tangerang Station. 

Meanwhile, if heading to Duri Station, the Commuter Line train from Pesing Station will pass Grogol Station and end at Duri Station. The earliest departure from Pesing Station to Tangerang Station is at 05.16 WIB, while the latest schedule is at 23.53 WIB with a duration of about 23 minutes. 

Meanwhile, the earliest departure from Pesing Station to Duri Station is at 04.47 WIB, while the latest departure schedule is at 23.35 WIB with a duration of about 6 minutes. The ticket price for this route is Rp 3.000 per person.

1. Pesing Station Name

The name Pesing was given to the station from the nearest village because in the past the area was a gathering place for traders from all over Batavia who came using horses. Then, the horses urinated on the streets, triggering a strong odor that was termed the "pesing" smell by the locals.

Pesing Station is a strategic station because its location is not far from the office area, making it a transportation that is widely used by employees.
