Rancaekek Station
Rancaekek Station (RCK) is a station located in Rancaekek, Bandung. This station is a class I train station. The location of Rancaekek Station is on the highway connecting Rancaekek - Majalaya. Rancaekek Station is part of the Bandung Operational Area II. Rancaekek Station was also developed by the Dutch railway company, Staatsspoorwegen. One of the developments carried out by Staatsspoorwegen is the construction of the Rancaekek route to Tanjungsari. This route is made to reach plantations in the Jatinangor area. However, in 1942 during the Japanese occupation, this route was dismantled by Romusha workers. Cikuda Ring Bridge, Jatinangor Reservoir and Tanjungsari Station are some legacies of the Rancaekek - Tanjungsari route. Rancaekek Station now has three railway lines, line two is used for straight lines.
